Col. Matthew Bartlett – USAF Inspector General’s Office

Summary

I once believed in the honor of the US Air Force.  I was told early on that my husband was “military property” and I was to only speak with the military about this matter. On December 2, 2014 (and YES I mean over a year ago) Retired Rear Admiral Noel Preston gave me the contact information for the head of the Inspector General, at the Pentagon. Quoting from Admiral Preston’s email to me of December 2, 2014″ [Here are contacts for the “USAF Inspector General’s Office for Senior Official Investigations. … [there are] two people you may call: Colonel Matthew Bartlett (Director) at 703-693-3579 and Mr. Tim Timmons (Deputy Director) at 703-693-3581. Either of them can help or direct you to the right person. My friend will call them this morning and alert them that they might receive a call from the spouse of an Air Force medical officer.

Elaine,

I spoke with a friend who has good contacts in the USAF Inspector General’s Office for Senior Official Investigations.  He gave me names of two people you may call:  Colonel Matthew Bartlett (Director) at 703-693-3579 and Mr. Tim Timmons (Deputy Director) at 703-693-3581.  Either of them can help or direct you to the right person.  My friend will call them this morning and alert them that they might receive a call from the spouse of an Air Force medical officer.
Good luck,

Noel

Noel Preston
I spoke with Col Bartlett on or about December 10, 2014. (and again, I am talking about over a year ago. in all I have over a thousand emails, phone calls and even two visits to this property (February 5, 2015 and March 18, 2015).
I fully co-operated with several military investigations of my husband. I have been told everything from “he is a felon and is going to jail” to, “you have been a fool to believe us, we have done nothing and are promoting him.”
The military has known about abuse and violence in the marriage and that I have been injured dozens of times, and gone without food and medical care, and they have done absolutely nothing at all. My Congressional Representatives have been aware of this for over a year now. In all, the military and Congress have done absolutely nothing. The conduct of a military officer is a matter for either the military or Congress. It is not a matter for civilian authorities.
