Please be patient – it will take weeks to add all of the emails, texts and audio recordings from and to USAF Medical Officer Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero. I never thought any of this would be necessary, and I will update this page as I go.
In chronological order below are some samples of what the United States AF medical Officers at Langley AF Base in Hampton Virginia knew about the illegal, immoral and unethical conduct of USAF Major Arthur John Greenwood.
I should add that in addition to these emails there are phone calls and texts, so at times I am responding to these as much as an email. Also, with respect the proof of the threats and violence, YES there is proof and YES I supplied to USAF Lt Col Pinero, and Pinero and Langley did absolutely nothing about them. And there are audio tapes of conversations where Arthur admits to plagiarism, the DITY move thefts, the breaches of contract etc. None of this could ever be disputed by reasonable people or any credible investigation.
USAF Lt Col Pinero’s lies about the Victims Letter, about providing me a copy of the Victims letter, I see him requesting the documents that I put on line for him, and (btw, the website Pinero is referencing initially on January 16 2015 is not one of the two made later in January of 2015. This first website was taken down on January 14, 2015 at the request of a well respected local attorney / former Superior Court Judge: Ms. Mary McLaughlin Pope a.k.a. Ms Mary Mac. Immediately upon taking the website down as per Ms. Mac, Lt. Col Elliot Pinero called and asked me to put it right back up. I told Pinero my attorney had said to take it down. Pinero and USAF JAG officer Capt. Terry insisted that I put the website back up, even knowing that my attorney was instructing the opposite.
The question for Congress and Secretary Defense Ashton Carter is: Does the unethical, illegal and immoral conduct of both USAF Maj. Arthur Greenwood AND his immediate chain of command at the Langley AFBase reflect Military Code, is it consistent with applicable law, and having knowledge of it, will Congress and Sec of Defense Ashton Carter allow it to continue?
Given that USAF Lt Col Elliot Pinero and USAF JAG Officer Capt. Terry committed fraud to entice me to put information on line that was then used to harm me, I think there are HUGE legal questions about their authority to do so, and their accountability for having done so.
From the beginning of my contact with Pinero I raise very serious issues about the intent and ability of the Langley Hospital Command to investigate this matter and then act to protect me. I am repeatedly lied to and misled by the USAF Hospital command, and they have no accountability of any kind for the unethical conduct they engage in, which harmed me and my property, BECAUSE the United States Congress is failing to act to prevent this sort of thing.

Also, I need to know when and how often you have been treated for sexually transmitted diseases going back to 1997. In early 2011 you admitted to an adulterous affair in 2008 with a co-worker / subordinate Samara Urban (then Danan) that I had at the time questioned as an inappropriate personal relationship.
I have a right to know what you did to safeguard my health after you engaged in extramarital intercourse with a person of such low morals and values that she was willing to have sex with a married man. You two represent the very segment of the population who spread sexually transmitted diseases, As an OBGYN you know the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases as well as anyone.
SO, I ask, without any of your hysteria or denials: When and how often have you been tested for sexually transmitted disease during the course of our relationship and our marriage. How many extra marital relationships have you had over the years? Should I have to look at phone records (which is how I discovered the inappropriate relationship with Ms Samara Urban, that you lied about for years) and then subpoena other female co-workers / subordinates with whom you have engaged in the same pattern of conduct, or can you simply do the honorable thing here and make this easy on every one,.
You are an officer in the UASAF and a medical doctor. You have already admitted to adultery.
It was your choice to put my health and our marriage at risk repeatedly, to satisfy a hormonal drive that even a filthy mutt dog can control, but you could not.
And, as with the marital assets, tax fraud etc., you chose to lie about your adultery for years after.
Have the integrity now to proved me with the health related information I am requesting. If for no other reason then this: the accuracy and truth about what your adultery, and what you have exposed me to over the years, helps break any of the bonds that remain of the marriage vows you and I took before almighty god. And that is important for me going forward in my life.
Back on October 15, 2014 and repeatedly over the months since, I was led to believe that the USAF had and would continue to act to proved minimally for my safety. I now know that was not the case, and therefore must take steps for my own safety and well being. Given what I have endured since October 15, 2014 this is going to take priority today. - Are you hiding income or marital assets. You did so in 2010, and I have reason to believe you have continued to do this. Your income is community property and I have a right to know what is true about how much you make and how you are spending it, especially since I have gone years without dental care (that is not covered by insurance) and have lived below the level of poverty while you have spent roughly a million dollars on breeding and showing these horses.
- Do you having savings accounts in your name, that are not also in my name. You promised repeatedly to add my name to the USAA saving account you set up back in 2008. Would you add my name to that account and any and all accounts that you have or have access to.
- It is not acceptable that I have gone with food and put my health at risk, loosing significant amounts of weigh, while during the same periods of time, you have been obese. I currently weigh less than one hundred pounds. On October 15, 2014 when you first threatened me, I weighed about 140, which was a healthy weight for me.
- Will you voluntarily sign off of the animals you left here (that you allowed to run completely out of food on January 9, 2015 and made no effort to provide for), or do I need a court order.

I understand your deadline and time constraints, and I understand the Rules of Evidence possibly as well as anyone.
What I had for over a month on the www.afobgyn.com website was incontrovertible evidence, e.g. letters from the IRS, 1099s, letters from the Department of Education, signed Contracts, cancelled checks etc. It was updated through Jan 13, 2015 and Col. Martinez was informed of updates.
I spent yesterday trying to find hay for the horses. I was not successful. Because Arthur has let accounts with our feed dealers, veterinarians and trainers go months and month over due, we are no longer considered priority customers and we are not allowed credit. Many of the vets here will simply not deal with our animals any more, but if they do, it is cash first basis. This puts our animals at serious risk. And this is all the direct result of Arthur’s conduct, including going years not paying his bills, and not contacting creditors. He has been impulsive, erratic, and threatening to people in this community. And it is the direct result of him letting the animals run out of food on January 9, 2015, so that a third party, Mr. Philip Martin, had to buy food for our animals.
The animals cost roughly $150 per day to feed. We are at risk that any veterinary emergency at this point (and going forward) will not be responded to, because the Fayetteville Vet Hospital is furious over an unpaid balance, which Arthur flat-out ignored for months. I believe that his history of ignoring his creditors is as much an issue as his failure to pay. I believe that the Fayetteville Vet, the Moore Equine Feed and Supply and our trainer’s husband, Dr. George Veasy (whom he threatened back in late November of 2014) have let this community know about Arthur. Unlike Langley Eustis Hospital, this community does not tolerate threats, threatening behavior, neglecting and abusing animals and ignoring creditors.
Col Louis Martinez knew back on December 16, 2014 that Arthur had threatened me, both to kill me and to use his control of our finances to “destroy me” because in his mind, my telling the truth to the USAF about what he’s been doing all these years is reason for him to attack me. And as a fact, Arthur did use his control of our finances to carry out his threats. AND YOU ALL LET HIM.
If you medical doctors can not grasp the enormity and horror of that, it is your issue. You all put my life, my health and my safety at risk. You misled me that you were handing this situation, and you defacto facilitated in allowing Arthur to do what he has threaten for years now.
Col Louis Martinez knew I had gone without food over Christmas 2014 because Arthur had forwarded the mail in November without telling me. And Col Martinez knew that the animals here were running out of food and would be completely out of food on January 9, 2015. Like Arthur, he did nothing
And Col Luis Martinez knew that Arthur and I have no credit, no credit cards, no savings, no property and no assets of any kind. We have spent every nickel we have on the horse he was obsessed with breeding, showing. And the dogs. We live paycheck to paycheck. If there is no money in the Wells Fargo account, I have no money. The Wells Fargo account was over drawn from about January 5, 2015 until yesterday.
My impression of medical doctors is that they are some version of an idiot savant. They have a heightened, even “extraordinary” ability to memorize data. But from medical school forward, including the conduct I have seen of Arthur J. Greenwood and his colleagues over the years, it is my opinion that medical doctors are extremely weak about ethics, morals, judgment, and even human decency and compassion. I have seen more adultery, deceit, evasions, laziness, and flat out disrespect for people IN medicine than in any other group I have ever known. The distinction is that the public has a very false impression of the character of medical doctors and the standards demanded in the profession. Ditto for the conduct of Officers in the USAF.As of January, 16, 2015 I can not trust that anyone in the command at the hospital at Langley Eustis is even remotely acting in my interest in any way. The Langley Eustis Command has overwhelmingly shown an utter disregard for my health and safety. I can not ignore that.
Yesterday afternoon I spoke with Chaplain Taylor about Arthur and what is going on. I am now clear that god is not asking that I endure abuse from Arthur J Greenwood as a reflection of “god’s plan.” And I am clear that Arthur has eviscerated our marriage vows, and any concept of human decency.
My health and safety are my priority. I have to attend to things this morning and early afternoon.
I will be available later this afternoon and in the future.About the documents on the www.afobgyn.com website, people from around the world read it, responded to it, followed the updates, especially after Spousal Abuse etc. became an issue. Col. Louis Martinez knew about the website, and that it had / was being updated. The Hospital Command at Langley Eustis had three months to act, from the threats made on October 15, 2014, which were immediately conveyed to Major Joann Poole. You all had more documents and other forms of credible, independent, incontrovertible information, from sources like the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Education, 1099’s, prescriptions and receipts, Arthur’s text exchanges, etc, than any one would ever need to simply call him into an office and ask hi to explain his lies on his most recent Security Clearance. You actually did not need one thing from me to start peeling this onion. IF a car dealer using Arthur’s soc sec # 455-57-2507 can determine that he has horrible credit in less than two minutes, why didn’t the US military. And, in spite of Arthur’s serious threats, and dozens of promises to act, the command at Langley did nothing at all.
And then on January 13, 2015 you pop up and tell me you know nothing.
Ask anyone outside of medicine or the AF if that is acceptable in this context. IF you stand in line at the grocery store, ask the guy behind you how long they would like to go without food.

On Jan 13, 2015 I agreed to speak with Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero and a JAG Capt. terry, at 10:00 am Friday Jan 16, 2015.
In spite of considerable inconvenience to me (which I had the courtesy to inform Pinero of by email) I was at my phone at the agreed time. Pinero / Terry did not call. Sometime later, 10:22 am Lt Col Pinero left a message on my phone apologizing for missing our agreed call.
Later I received an email from Pinero inferring that I was the reason for the missed call. Specifically Pinero comments something like “I [Pinero] am sorry you [Elaine Greenwood] felt you [Greenwood] had to do that.” I.e., not be available / not take the call. That is a distortion of facts I responded to Pinero’s email that I had a phone message from Pinero apologizing and admitting that he was the reason the call was missed, and that the characterization in Pinero’s email (that I was the reason the call was missed) is disingenuous at best.
On January 16, 2015 I asked Lt Col Pinero for my husband’s address. He responded that he did not have it and could not get it. He referenced a discussion he had with an un-named third party[ies] where it was determined that Pinero “did not need it.” I asked Pinero for the context of that discussion and he refused to tell me.
On January 16, 2015 I asked Lt Col Pinero for the Command Directed Victims letter related to his investigation. I renew that request.
On January 16, 2015 Pinero asserts that Arthur Greenwood has produced receipts for payments of feed and veterinary care which Pinero implies refute the fact that Arthur Greenwood allowed his animals to run completely out of food on January 9, 2015. Please provide me with these documents.

I am not clear about your understanding of criminal law. You assert that I “placed”a warrant on Dr Greenwood, whom you reference formally, as though he were deserving of respect merely because he is a medical doctor. In this context, that reference is repulsive to me.
But more on point, you are implicitly asserting that I had authority to issue a warrant. Your assertion is grounded in an understanding of criminal law that is markedly different than my understanding of criminal law. My understanding of criminal law is that the state issues warrants for arrest based upon probable cause.
And again for clarity, especially in the context of what has gone on since roughly 12:00 pm October 15, 2014, are you asserting that you, a medical doctor working for the command at Langley Eustis hospital in Hampton Va, on January 17, 2015, have any authority what-so-ever to investigate or properly resolve matters of criminal law? Isn’t such an inference or implication in-and-of itself grossly misleading, and fraudulent. Would it be prudent on my part, especially given what has gone on for the past three months, for me to rely upon you and your “investigation” or anyone connected with the hospital command at Langley Eustis Air Force Base to protect my health and safety? Isn’t it grossly misleading, and outright fraud to even suggest that you or anyone at the Langley Eustis Hospital has (or ever had) the desire, ability or power to act to protect me.

At about 1:45 pm on January 20, 2015 received an unexpected call from Lt Col Pinero. His name and number do not appear on my caller ID. I was on my way out the door, but was expecting another important call, so I answered the phone.
Pinero identified himself, I responded immediately that I did not have time to take his call, and I asked if I could call him back when I had time, possibly in a couple of hours. Pinero said, “No, I will call you back.” I did not have a fixed time when I would be available.
More importantly, out of concern for my safety, I am no longer willing to supply Pinero with information about me that might put my safety at risk. I left the time frame vague and attended to my business.
There is a message on my home phone from Pinero at 4:07 pm January 20, 2015 in which Pinero appears to be scolding me for not taking his call, as though there were a fixed time, when in fact there was only a general time frame. This is consistent with a repeated pattern where in Pinero mangles facts to suit his agenda. It is also true of assertions Pinero makes that Arthur Greenwood allegedly produced receipts or debit card purchases related to food and care for the animals on this property and for me, that Pinero asserts refute that I went without food and medicine over Christmas because of Arthur Greenwood, and that with Arthur’s full knowledge, the animals here ran completely out of food on January 9, 2015, while Arthur Greenwood did nothing at all to proved food, arrange credit or anything or any kind. As a fact, a third party had to pay for food for our animals on January 9, 2015.
As a fact, we still have balances owed to every vet we use, both canine and equine. As a fact, we still owe the trainer for services rendered months ago. As a fact, the past due amount of over $2,000.00 (two thousand dollars) that was owed the feed store on January 9, 2015 was only brought current on January 15, 2015. We have no savings or credit cards that I am aware of or have access to. As a fact, Arthur Greenwood has a long history of hiding marital assets. Charges at a grocery store reflect the need for drinking water, and massive amounts of cleaning supplies for cleaning up after the huge number of adult Dobermans living in this freezing cold hovel. They also reflect cash for third parties like the farrier and day laborers. They do not in and of themselves reflect food for me.
Pinero has no concept of what is spent to maintain seven horses, including a stallion, a pregnant mare, a lactating mare, and a 2014 filly, all of whom have no shelter, in the winter, and to feed, clean up after and provide medical care for a massive number of Adult Show Dobermans. I had urged Pinero to simply drive down to this home to see for himself what is going on here. He is not interested in what is true, he has an agenda, and it has nothing to do with facts or the truth. And it has nothing what-so-ever to do with protecting me.
Nothing I have seen to date of Pinero demonstrates any desire to learn the facts, rather, he has an agenda that is irrelevant to the facts.
I was not home at the time his call was placed, and have witnesses as to how I spent the day, and the evening.
Also, of note, neither of Pinero’s calls appear on my home phone message machine listing of incoming calls, though his message is recorded. At this point in time, a full and complete record of all phone calls, texts, emails etc is required, if only for the sake of accuracy and accountability.
The timing of this Pinero call, with other calls I received at 4:18 pm on the home phone and 4:16 pm and 4:19 pm is of concern to me.

Before going any further here I would have to see the Victim’s Letter that is associated with the Command Directed Investigation that Pinero referenced in his first communication with me back on January 14, 2015, when he called, suggesting that he was with the IG and was responding to help me with what has gone on from October 15, 2014 forward.I am the victim. I have a right to see the letter. It is that simple.
Given what I have experienced of Lt. Col Elliot Pinero, most especially the advice he has given and the information he has withheld, I now have serious concerns about Pinero, his ability to tell the truth and/or his true objective.
I am clear that as of January 20, 2015, the Hospital Command at Langley Eustis has demonstrated a reckless disregard for me, my health and my safety. They have repeatedly mislead me, including misleading me about what is a criminal matter involving my health and safety. I believe their actions collectively and individually have put me at significant risk, and continue to put me at great risk going forward.
For my own health and safety I will not participate in any enterprise, scheme, or endeavor of any kind, irrespective of how it is packaged, that is focused on protecting a criminal and an abuser. I now believe that is what Lt Col Elliott Pinero is doing.
Going forward, all contact needs to be in writing, so that they can be reviewed by appropriate authorities.

I am very dizzy and nauseated this morning and it does not seem to be resolving. None of the dogs have been put out. They are mature and strong, I am over 60 years old, disabled, dizzy and nauseated, and I can not control them this morning. Nor can I climb on top of hay stacks to move sixty pound bales of hay for the seven horses I did not want in this property. At the moment I am so nauseated I can barely walk. I am really not sure what will happen when I call 911, but I am not safe to drive myself to the ER.
I am out of cleaning supplies, bleach, laundry soap, etc. the house is so disgusting, no one would live here. And because Arthur has threatened me, including threatening to kill me if I talk about what he has been doing for the past 18 years, he can not be here.
And you all have done nothing, since October 15,2015 except promote him to lt col and protect him from service of process.
Much like at Christmas, We have $26 in the one joint account and a less than minimum balance in the other. There was not enough money in the last pay period to feed and pay some of the horses past due feed bills, and buy cleaning supplies for the dogs, and still pay bills and buy food for me. We still have not repaid Mr Philip Martin for the $680.00 he had to spend on January 9, 2015 to keep our animals from starving because they had run out of food, and Arthur on that date had done nothing to either provide food or arrange credit. In fact, back on January 5, 2015 the only comment that Lt. Col. Arthur J. Greenwood made in response to my alarming weight loss (the result of going without food over Christmas) and that the animals were about to run out of food was that “misery was what I deserved”
If a friend had not been here this last weekend and purchased food for me I would be out of food today. These horses that Arthur was obsessed with for the past fifteen years are taking every nickel we have to maintain and even then, we are behind. We spent Arthur’s entire bonus on fencing, that is literally falling down every day.
The cleaning supplies for these dogs are incredible. The dishwasher that Arthur installed last spring was not wired properly and the motor burned up a few weeks ago. The washing machine is shorting out on most every cycle. No one can keep these sixteen Dobermans clean and healthy with out cleaning supplies and a way to keep them clean. If any of you had even an ounce of integrity you’d show up here, take a look at what is going on, and at the very least require Arthur to be responsible for the animals he insisted on breeding, owning and acquiring, that he has now all but abandoned. What he is doing is providing not enough money for me and the animals, so either they starve or I starve. And he is doing this intentionally to retaliate for me telling the truth about him, and YOU KNEW THIS ON OCTOBER 15, 2014 because this is what he threatened to do back then.
The Verizon cell phone bill is overdue and over $700 dollars is due immediately. Arthur has indicated that he intends to let the Verizon account be closed, which means I will have no way to track his threatening calls, and no way to call 911 when I am out on this acreage, dizzy, with seven horses and sixteen Dobermans. He told me he will only respond to email, and then call the home phone. For a thousand and two reasons that will not work.
The power bill is about $640, the home owners insurance is due, ($850), we are months over due at Fayetteville vet ($1,600), we owe Dr and Mrs Veasy ($600) on the balance for the horses care from last November, we owe Dr Kinnarney about ($400) for the balance of tape worm and heart worm meds from January 9, and one of the dogs has an eye injury that I can not treat, can not afford care for, and I can not afford gas to get to Dr, Kinnarney’s
The tabs on the farm truck have been expired for months, and the four wheel drive has not worked for months.
I am not willing to go with out food again. I am filing for public assistance.
And I am letting the world know what you, Arthur’s commander, and folks like lt col, Elliot Pinero and the Langley base hospital command have done since October 15, 2015 to protect me and keep me safe.

I am back from the emergency room, ruled out a stroke, just the dizziness and nausea, very much the same as in February of 2014. Except that I weigh about 45 lbs less than I did in Feb of 2014. This nausea and dizziness (which is the result of being pushed and shoved around by Arthur and the horses over the years), will be something I have to deal with going forward… no real treatment options.
I have to run and feed the horses and dogs. It is dark, I am exhausted, and it will take a few hours…
Tri Care does not have me in the system, and the hospital does not know why. It may be because my military ID expired in July of 2013, but they are not sure.the cell phone 910-528-7543 will be disconnected today… because of the past due amount. I have no way to get another phone and now will have no way to call 911 if there is an emergency here.

Go back to October 15, 2014… and consider what prompted Arthur’s anger… and what I have said about it.
And consider that at that time, and for weeks forward I said that I was not divorcing him, that I would stand by him, even if he went to jail or owed hundreds of thousands of dollars, and that I all wanted was for him to get counseling with Chaplain Taylor, to simply connect to morality and the value of telling the truth.
And in that time from October 15, 2014 to about November 20, 2014 Arthur was saying that he would and or had spoken with Chaplain Taylor, that he loved me and was committed to our marriage, and he even used my disability as a reason to request early retirement. .I believe Arthur’s sincerity, and I believed then that the IG had spoken with Arthur, so that he was on track to tell the truth. And somewhere on or about November 24, 2014 I realized that he had no intention of telling the truth or connecting to god. I told him to stay away until he got counselling. He responded with the threats from Oct 15, 2014 and more. And since that time he has acted on those threats.
I now concede that whether or not Arthur finds god is of no concern to me at all. I will never trust him, and never willingly be around him or anyone associated with him. He let me run out of food over Christmas, he let the animals run out of food on January 9, 2015. When I told him that I felt weak and had lost an incredible amount of weight and that the animals were running out of food and that some of them were sick, his only response was, “misery is what you deserve.”
The bank balance at the one bank is $26 and at the other it is about that or less. Doesn’t matter, I can not afford even the medication the ER doctors prescribed.
This past weekend Athy provided more than just food, she provided simple human decency… which is more than all of you folks in Langley combined.I do not blame you for Arthur, but I do blame you for failing to do anything to protect me from him for three months. So please understand that if I manage to survive this, I do not want anything to do with any of you.

I respect the fine men and women who honorably serve our country, I mean that profoundly, and I have said that repeatedly in communicated with you, Gorely, Martinez, etc. If you did not hear that, I do not know what to say, other than, you are acting from a set of assumptions that will get me killed.
My father served this country in WWII, and my brother-in-law served in Vietnam. What Arthur is, and how he conducts himself, is an insult to them and to everyone who serves this country.
I do not know how you prioritized what you are investigating, and I do not like to guess at the motives of others. My impression is that Col Martinez and Major Poole should have been contacted first, before you spoke with me, so that you could get an idea of what has been going on since October 15, 2014 and why.
And more and more I have a sense that there is some whole “drama” related to the text messages to and from Dr. Carmen Baxter” around October 15, 2014 that relate to this whole thing, that I have no clue about.
I will never know what all is true about Arthur, and neither will you. His conduct goes back as long as I have known him, in one form or another… and it will continue as long as he is alive. It is who he is. I spent the better part of our marriage saying, “Arthur, you can’t do that. It is wrong for XYZ reasons. ” And his response has always been essentially, “Yes I can, I can get away with anything, these guys are fools, watch me.”
As things got worse over the years Arthur has become more skilled at deceit and more demanding and impulsive, and much more threatening if I ever tried to say “no” to him. In the beginning he would throw things at me if I said “no.” It evolved to him pushing me around shoving me into walls and doors if I even tried to question what all he was doing, and he would say, “if you try to stop me, I will destroy you.”
I am not telling you what you should have been investigating or how, but it seems to me, in hindsight, that the first thing I’d want to see were text messages, recordings, and emails, to get a sense of what Arthur does and what says to me.
What happened on October 15, 2014 was NOT about “divorce.” He wasn’t divorcing me then and I wasn’t divorcing him. It was about getting him to file our 2013 Federal Income Tax Return, and him threatening me because of what I had told Major Poole. In hindsight, I must have inadvertently touched on something that Arthur is doing, that he is hiding from me as well as you folks, because his reaction was so angry and vile.
I believed Major Poole when she said she would have the IG contact me, and I believed that he voice mail recordings she sent me was related to what Arthur was informed of and what the IG would need to know. And from October 15, 2014 until about November 20, 2014, Arthur was telling me that he loved me, and would work on this marriage, and he promised that he would (and had) contacted Chaplain Michael Taylor and that he was talking with Chaplain Taylor. All I wanted at that point was for Arthur to take a look at what he was doing, before he hurt someone again, be it me or someone else. I told him repeatedly that I would stand by him if he went to jail and or owed tens of thousands. Look at Arthur’s Request for Early Retirement which he submitted on about November 6, 2014. He used me, one of my disabilities and his need to come and care for me as a reason to request early retirement. This was not about divorce. Throwing a cloak of “divorce” over this is a smoke screen to divert from what has gone on.
By about November 26th or so, it was clear to me that Arthur was committed to, “No one will ever be able to hold me accountable, I will continue to do as I please.” He threatened me again and has several times since. I know now that he intended to establish November 20, 2014 as our separation date. There is nothing in this house that I want or he wants, and he has shown absolutely no interest in any of the dogs or horses in terms of asking even one thing about any of them or how they are doing, EVER… so why was he back on this property in early December and on January 1, 2015?
I do not have the time or energy to go back through the hell I have lived through with Arthur. He has made good on his threats to me, and I have every reasons to fear him and fear for my health and safety. Yesterday the NC Medical Board called me, related to his conduct. I am sitting here wondering who will protect me if I tell them the truth.
You (the USAF) have always had in front of you all you ever needed to take a second look at Arthur J. Greenwood. It was always right in front of you. You do not need “evidence of plagiarism” from 1997-2003, in part because – of all the things the man has done – plagiarism is last on the list. That fact that plagiarism is all you have ever mentioned to me, leads me to believe you may be going off of notes that Martinez made from the first version of the website. So, maybe you all don’t know that it takes me weeks to put data on a website. And I was working on it around the 24/7 care and cleaning up of these animals. Col Martinez may have seen the website in the first few days, and formed the impression that was all that was ever there. At that time I believed that ANYONE in a position of authority in the USAF who looked at any of this, would simply called Arthur into their office, made him stand at attention, and said, “So tell me, what the hell have you been doing all these years?” And I believed that question would have elicited the truth from Arthur. And whatever consequences, even perjury, would be between Arthur and the USAF.
I have lived through the marriage, which has always been abusive, and I have managed to survive these past few months. There are people who tell me I should have done this or that to stop Arthur sooner. Hand to god, I did not know how to stop him or hold him accountable. And apparently neither do you.
It is very clear to me that even in this incredible situation, the USAF and other authorities will cover for Arthur. Arthur has been right all along, he can get away with anything.
I want to step aside and let Arthur pass by and out of my life, before he kills me or hurts me again.

I am not sure where John Blue is, or if he was working somewhere else today, or if he can help.. or what…and I simply feel weak.Whatever is going on with me, I feel weak and dizzy and nauseated… and today I still I have horse fencing to fix, dog crates to clean, dog runs to clean.. dogs and horses to feed, It will get down below freezing tonight… it is now colder than when Athy was here… so the house inside is colder.and I haven’t had a shower, and the washing machine is shorting out, and the dishwasher motor burned up…And honest to god, I can not do this.You can’t even clean this house because there is not enough hot water to do the dog dishes and the laundry, and my dishes… so things pile up while I wait until there is enough hot water.. which means that things pile up for days.
I think that when I thought there was a future with Arthur I was willing to try and carry this load, and when I felt healthier I was willing to try, but it was nearly impossible back when there were only 8 dogs and two horses…
Having 16 Dobermans and seven horses, including the 2014 filly, a pregnant mare and the stallion is just not possible for me by myself.

In another topic, because of our income, I am not entitled to any public assistance that I have found. There are bills for home owners insurance, the utilities that total over $2,500 which are due on February first, and thousands more for dog and horse food.

the deposit in Wells Fargo deposit of $2,530.37 is not enough to pay the Home owners insurance and utility bills for this home, much less pay for the feed and care of the animals. and this home. Clearly Arthur has redirected his moonlighting income to another bank account. The previous deposits for moonlighting income have been on average about $4,500 per pay period, and that amount did not all me to be current on our bills.There is no way I can pay the utility bills, the phone bills, the home owners insurance, and the past due bills we have.

$781.50 – home owners insurance Half of annual premium (higher because of the fire Arthur started)
$338.00 – Reidsville Animal Hospital (balance owed on hearth worm and tape worm medication).I now have about $640 to buy feed for the horses and dogs for two weeks. They eat roughly $150 per day in foodThey have the farrier due.I have the tabs on the truck that expired months ago
and I have no food
And this is if I do absolutely NOTHING AT all but stay here 24/7 in this filthy cold hovel, and clean up feces
I do not know what you all think you are doing, but I am about to call some tv stations, like the local FOX News and let this all out there… all of it.
