Seriously?

Well, for starters, you will probably not want to get back in your vehicle with something disgusting like the smell of dog shit on your hands

Having this many adult Dobermans in a home where there is no central heat on the main floor of the home, and standing water in the basement, where the home is so damp that there is mold growing on the furniture in the living room, and the plumbing and wiring are so faulty that appliances short out constantly, and  it can take hours and many repetitive cycles to simply do a single load of clothes, presents challenges to basic hygiene.

The dogs should have been in individual homes months ago.   There is no “home” to speak of here, it is at best a dog kennel, with one bedroom upstairs that is heated by Emergency Heat, and when that shorts out/ stops working, there is only one space heater, and it is either upstairs or down stairs, but not both or it will blow a fuse.

In 2015 people have the expectation that here are minimal standards of in a home.  That is not the case here.  

In fact, the drainage problems with this property are so bad, there are times when it rains that you will be ankle deep in mud just to enter the home.  So bring clothes you do not care about in case you want to trash them, and bring hand sanitizers.  And use the gas station bathroom, because there is no way in hell you will want to use any bathroom in this home.But ultimately what you do is up to you. 

Come as you please, wear what you like.

Here is more of the background, to fill in the context. I believe that the hospital command, including you, Dr Poole, Dr. Gorely (Sp) and Dr. Martinez utterly failed in the duty to report domestic violence. Worse, it seems that  you all may have acted in collusion to cover up your  conduct.  As I have said from the outset here, I believe that Dr. Greenwood belongs in jail. That is not an easy thing to say, it is not an easy opinion to hold.  I have loved Arthur and I honored my marriage vows.  Up until January 13, 2015, and a conversation I had with Chaplain Michael Taylor,  I would have stood by Arthur when he went to jail and I would have stood by him when he had to repay hundreds of thousands in restitution.  None of this was about “Divorce” for me.  None of it.  It was about the fact that Arthur had been engaged in a pattern of unethical, immoral and illegal activity for so long, he was simply getting bolder and bolder.

 

I  have lived with Arthur for 18 years now. I know the man and know what he is capable of.  I believe that Arthur has no connection to morality or normative behavior. Over the years he has physically abused me if / when I did not go along with him.  He has threatened me repeatedly, and he has acted on those threats. I  fear that he will harm someone, if he has not already.

 

Arthur needs to be held accountable and at some point the hospital command at Langley needs to be held accountable for their conduct as well. I welcome a full and impartial investigation of this matter, if only so that it not ever happen to anther person.

I have no interest in going to deeply into any of this… the videos below are disgusting to me, and very sad.  I live like an animal, so that Arthur could be a horse breeder.  As Athy said when she saw this house, “no man that loved a woman would let her live like this for even a day.”

These videos should probably be given  context, and accompanied by the texts and emails related to Arthur’s promises that if I let him do one more thing, we’d eventually have a home and a normal life.  We have spent about a million dollars on the horses and dogs over the years.  We have no savings, no investments, no property, not even any furniture, no credit, no credit cards, nothing.  Every nickel has gone to the animals, mostly the horses (and their board, feed training and show expenses. We  have paid the trainer Danielle Veasy well over $75,000.00 (seventy five thousand dollars).  And about $45,000 to the trainer before her.   In the spring of 2013 Arthur insisted on breeding Lourdess,  which cost us every bit of $15,000.00 (fifteen thousand dollars).

In the December of  2013 he wanted me to agree to allow him to spend $20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars) to send Sandro D to Florida with Joshton Dolan for a few weeks of shows.  This past summer he wanted me to agree to let him send the 2014 filly Jewells to Germany or Holland to be raised and trained for the Olympics.  This past November of 2014 he wanted to send the stallion to the trainer Hillary Simpson, which would have cost about $40,000 (forty thousand) a year, for that one horse.  For most of the time we were spending such huge amounts of money, he  was hiding the IRS letters about the four years of back taxes we owed.

In the audios below  I now hear how desperate I was to connect to Arthur, and to convey to him how important it was for him to be honest with me.  At the time of the audios, there had been years of lies about adultery, and his hiding income and hiding marital assets. I forgave Arthur repeatedly, and tried to be understanding and supportive. But over time I hated  his obsession with the horses and dogs.  And I hated the lies he told.

I went along with him, often because there was literally no other way to deal with him. In the beginning, back in 1998 to about 2002  I felt sorry for “poor Arthur” because of his “horrible ex-wife” and his children (whom he dropped like a hot rock for ten years once he got the first horse).  As time went on in our marriage, my saying “no” to Arthur made him angry and violent.  Saying “yes” to him was sheer insanity, but at least there were then moments of peace.  In the end I was simply begging him to speak with Chaplain Michael Taylor, to connect to any semblance of right and wrong.

In one of the audios, the “lie” I am speaking of is that he told me he had set up the allotment for my daughter Stephanie, to help her with food and rent during her last six months of college.  Arthur told me he had set up the allotment, and I relayed that to Stephanie.  And of course, Arthur lied to me and never set up the allotment.

And throughout all of these audios, Arthur is hiding from me the letters from the IRS.  I did not learn about those letters until May of 2013 when he dumped a stack of unopened letters from the IRS on my desk and drove away.

It is clear to me that Arthur never addressed his conduct, and NEVER EVER told me the truth about what he was doing. He would just throw up any distraction, to avoid my discovering what he was actually doing.  Looking back,  based upon what I know now, in every single conversation with Arthur – he was not only lying, he was actually hiding bigger lies than those that I knew about.

Btw, the video clips directly below are all of the house where I was forced to live. I will add video of the Winston Salem house near the Wake Forest Hospitals, which we rented for his residency, that he furnished with hidden income and hidden marital assets.

• In the first,  Arthur is describing how he intends to lie, and  manipulate Hilltop Farm into taking our mare Lourdess in training, and there is a bit from me, about how his lying impacts me,
• and about other issues in our marriage, including the lie that he had set up an allotment for my daughter Stephanie.  In the conversation where Arthur says that there was a reason (related to me or to Steph)  for why he did not set up the allotment for Stephanie.  I later found and forwarded to him the email from him where he told me that he had set it up, which of course turned out to be a flat out lie.  Of all the ugly and destructive manipulative nasty lies  Arthur has told over the years, this lie about setting up the allotment for Steph is by far the most ugly, because, I believed Arthur had set it up, and then told Steph she could depend upon it. and that greatly impacted Steph’s  trust in me.

In these recordings, which were from 2011, it is important to note that at this point in time Arthur is hiding years of letters from the IRS, including the letter related to the 2008 return, where the IRS told Arthur that they are rejecting his “married filing separate” 2008 return and that he owed them tens of thousands, and that they [the IRS ] were not accepting the horse /dog breeding as a business.  There is not a single dog we own today that was not bred after 2008.  I would not have bred or shown any of these animals if Arthur had been honest about what the IRS had told  him.  If I had even known that he’d tried for life separately or changed the address from the Vass Carthage address to the Winston Salem home, I would  never have bred or shown another animal.

Changing the address for the IRS was a direct violation of a promise Arthur had given me to not change the address on any of our financial matters, be it taxes, insurance or bills. (Btw, what the IRS said about Arthur’s 2008 married filing separate return mirrors what Arthur and I were told in 2005 by a tax attorney, i.e., that trying to claim a horse and dog breeding as a business was risky at best, because the IRS would likely view it as a hobby, and that the business HAD TO SHOW A PROFIT for the majority of the time.)

Arthur lied for years about the letters from the IRS, until in May of 2013 when he dumped a stack of unopened letters from the IRS on my desk, which said that we owed four years of taxes (from 2009 – 2012) and that they were going to seize our property.  Arthur left the letters, drove away, refused to speak with me for weeks, and then left me to deal with the mess.  The IRS would not deal with me or our Tax Preparer.  When I finally got Arthur in front of our Tax Preparer,  Arthur told the IRS rep on the phone that the reason he had not filed 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 was that he “had been deployed during those years.”  As a fact, he was not deployed at all in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

The IRS rep believed Arthur and gave him 30 days to file the four years of returns. He claimed losses on all four years, bringing his total number of losses to eight years in a row.  As a fact, that will not withstand an IRS audit.  Which is why filing the 2013 return was important.  And in trying to get Arthur to simply file the 2013 return, on October 15, 2014, I mentioned to the command at the Langley Eustis hospital both the history with the IRS and an inappropriate personal relationship he was having with a Dr. Carmen Baxter.

Btw, I did not call it adultery, I called it an inappropriate personal relationship. And at that time I was willing to stand by Arthur even if/when he went to jail and even if we owed tens of thousands in restitution.  Arthur’s response was to threaten me. Which the medical group at Langley knew about from the day the threats were made. They also knew enough about the context of the threats to take them seriously.  They did nothing.

This morning I sent you the email attached below.  I  sent it to others as well.

Others noted that Arthur is admitting to conduct that objectively speaking, the AF should be interested in investigating, and yet you are still going on about the condition of this home, as though that could even be credibly disputed given the videos.

And you have yet to address my questions about the medical doctors at Langley’s Hospital response to my claims of domestic violence and spousal abuse going back to October 15, 2014.

 

Here are the issues:

• Lt Col Arthur J Greenwood, (also an OGBYN)  Ssc # 455-57-2507 has been allowed to engage in a long standing pattern of illegal, unethical and immoral conduct, that arguably  his AF commanders utterly failed to pick up on. This conduct makes Arthur J Greenwood a threat to this country, to his patients and to me.
• A military officer must not have bad credit, because it opens him up to bribery and other influences that present a clear security rick to our country.
• A military officer has to conduct himself with honor, abide by the laws of this country and be honorable in his dealings with the military and others.
• Beginning on October 15, 2014 through to today, the Langley Eustis Hospital Command knew or should have known that Arthur Greenwood should be immediately suspended from access to military computers and from access to patients,  immediately, pending a credible independent investigation of credible claims that he was a threat to the security of this country and to his patients.

For months now, the Langley Eustis Hospital command has had credible evidence of  Arthur J Greenwood’s Tax Fraud, Tax Evasion, Theft, Insurance Fraud and Perjury (lies to the USAF).  The Langley Eustis Hospital command had access to Arthur Greenwood’s recent Security Clearance, where in he lied repeatedly , e.g., he defaulted on his student loans and ignored them for over ten years), he had horrible credit because he does not pay his bills, took over forty thousand dollars from people in India, and has gone deeply into debt, borrowing over $440 thousand dollars, and spending over a million on his obsession to be a horse breeder.

The Langley Eustis Hospital Command had access to irrefutable documents, which were put on line on www.afobgyn.com.  Arthur’s commander Col Martinez indicated repeatedly that he and others in the Langley Eustis Hospital Command had read the www.afobgyn.com website, which include true copies of Prescriptions and Insurance billings, , Letters from the IRS, 1099’s from Physicians Solutions and Interim Medical, copies of checks, copies of contracts signed by Arthur Greenwood which are in direct conflict with his contract with the United States Air Force, and data related to DITY moves and other immoral, unethical and illegal conduct. As recently as February 4, 2015 the USAF was provided with audio recordings of Arthur Greenwood acknowledging he engaged in much of the foregoing.

And, from October 15, 2014 forward,  the Langley Eustis hospital command knew that there were credible claims of spousal abuse and domestic valance related to Elaine Greenwood’s disclosures of Arthur Greenwood’s  conduct as described herein.

What needs to be investigated at this point is the more than just the conduct of Arthur J Greenwood, which can not be credibly disputed.

The conduct of Dr. Louis Martinez, Dr. Joann Poole, Dr. Paul Gorely and even to some extent Dr Pinero must be impartially reviewed as well.

Either this is the most insensitive ignorant group of medical doctors on planet earth, who understand absolutely nothing about spousal abuse and domestic violence, or they acted in concert with Arthur J Greenwood to cover for him, put patients at risk, put our country at risk,  and harm a whistle blower and a victim of domestic violence. They were either following AF policy or they were not. They were either following the dictates of the AMA and the professional standards of their profession, or they were not.  Either the standards and policies need to be reviewed, or the conduct of this group needs to be reviewed.

The conduct of Arthur J Greenwood is one thing.  It is irrefutable.  But he was aided in harming me (the victim) by the conduct of the Langley Eustis hospital command.  And I am formally requesting a Congressional Investigation of this entire matter.

Lt Col Pinero,

I mentioned that I had placed a box with friends (Thom and Vicky Thomas).  The box actually had my name and a date on it.  The date in June 15, 2009.  The box has been siting in the space over the Thomas’s garage for years.  I retrieved the box a few weeks ago.   The box was sitting to the left of my desk chair when you were here.  I had taken some things from the box, and then simply stopped looking in it. 

Just now I looked at what else is in the box…. you probably  should call me so we can go over this stuff, to determine what if anything is relevant to you.. 

DITY move from Pope to Lubbock 
There are documents that relate to the last DITY move to Lubbock,  including the name of the FURNISHED apartment that Arthur rented.  There are bank statements with copies of canceled checks to the Branchwater Apartments, and canceled checks for thousands of dollars of hay.  As a fact, Arthur moved nothing at all to Lubbock.  He simply filled my 1994 Town and Country van with some of his clothes and drove to Texas.  He moved nothing at all. Before Arthur left for Lubbock  he borrowed a trailer from Mr. Tommy Loving, purchased thousands of dollars of alfalfa hay (I believe with an advance the AF gave him), weighed the hay, put the hay in the “barn” returned the trailer to Mr Loving and drove my van  to Texas. 

Prescriptions : there are many more, and more pill bottles for massive amounts of drugs, and something even more odd: 

• there is a prescription for “Greenwood, Breatice”  for Oxytocin. To my knowledge there is no Breatice Greenwood
• there is a bottle of Tramadol for Greenwood, Elaine that is written by Dr. Greenwood, William.  I have never taken Tramadol in my life, and do not know a William Greenwood except Arthur’s father, who is not a college graduate and not a medical doctor.

I would urge you all to get copies of the pharmacy records of Elaine Greenwood from Coopers Pharmacy and or the prescription records of Dr. Arthur Greenwood.

I have to run and get all of the dogs out..

I will be here all day.  I would like to provide all od the documents the AF needs, in whatever form they need, so that you all have a complete understanding of Arthur J. Greenwood.  And after that, what you all do is entirely up to you.

It occurs to me that your visit was pivotal, in that I see the need to provide you with everything you need to simply understand what you’re dealing with. To that end, I acquired a printer scanner and will be able to put all of the documents you will need on line as pdf files.

As I mentioned to you, I truly expected that Arthur would simply step up and say, “Absolutely yes, what Elaine is saying is true, and then some.  I take sole responsibility here and will not put the USAF of Elaine through this.”

I had been simply taking a photo of the first page of a document (and running the photos through Photoshop to convert them to jpegs), thinking that there would never be a need to produce the entire document.   Since that is not the case, I now have the ability to scan and make copies of any thing you need.

And as I mentioned, there are MANY more prescriptions than what is currently on the www.alwaysthrough.com website.

I have to feed the horses, and then finish with the dogs, and then try to garb something to eat, and then I will work all night to get the website organized and populated.

Mr Greenwood:

• Received in the mail today February 13, 2015 an empty envelope, which appears to be from you.  The removable strip covering the adhesive is still intact, so the envelope was never sealed.  If there was anything in the envelope, it is now lost.  If you were forwarding the Truck Tabs, they are now lost.  This is but one of the many reasons you should not have forwarded the mail from this home. Please address this issue immediately as I need tabs for the truck, which expired in August of 2014.

• I need to repay Mr Martin for the feed he provided our animals on January 9, 2015, when th ey would otherwise have starved.  That amount is $680 dollars. 
• I need to pay the balance owed to the Veasy’s for long over due board, that amount is about $575
• I need to pay Fayetteville Vet  for Abitiol’s colic, which you caused.  That amount is about $1,600
• I need new glasses which will be about $1,200
• I need cash to pay for help with all of these animals because it is impossible for me to care for them by myself.
• I need food, clothes, and dental care
• the wiring in this home is not safe, causing the washing machine to short out constantly and entirely burring up the dishwasher motor
• I need to pay the State Farm Home owners Insurance of $782
• I need to pay the farrier bill of $300 plus $50 for help holding the horses.
• and we need an address for service of process, or we will serve  you at work.

I have several serious medical and dental needs that have been ignored for years, while Mr Greenwood pursued his obsession with being a horse breeder and spending every nickel earned on the horses.  

My military ID expired in June of 2013.

I need immediate medical and dental care that is not covered insurance. I need an address where Mr Greenwood can receive service of process, so that I am able to get the health care I have needed for years.
