It is below freezing here – the mares were all loose last night, their fencing is torn to shreds.

I am going to have to purchase fencing today, as a matter of safety for both the mares and drivers on the road.

I need Arthur to be ordered go contact the AKC and provide them with whatever statement they may require, signing off of all of our dogs, AS ARTHUR  AGREED TO DO WEEKS AGO, so that I may go forward with placing them all.

The horses are already in my name and will be placed as necessary.

The home is not habitable, and it is abusive that I am forced to live here as barn help to facilitate  Mr. Greenwood’s selfish manipulative schemes.  I have a right to my life, health and happiness.

And we need an address for service of process… so that I may go on with my life as best I can, which includes protecting my health, safety and finances from Mr. Greenwood’s illegal, unethical and immoral conduct.

I have a doctor’s appointment for 10:30 and should be home by noon.

Beyond that I have nothing to do but clean up after these dogs. So I will be here when ever.

I fell last night moving hay, literally fell off of the stack of hay and landed on the wooden palate.

Arthur had the exact language to simply walk away from the dogs and the horses on November 20, 2014. He promised he would sign off of he dog, he needs to required to honor that promise, and take the initiative (as a mature capable adult, as a dog breeder /owner) and  contact the American Kennel Club office of Registration – probably Ms Maria Sendak or  Maribeth O’Neil or whomever is in charge, and fax them whatever they need, so that he is off of the AKC registration of all of the dogs and I then can place them.  What is going on, with the dogs in limbo, is destroying them and it is abusive of me that I have to pick up the pieces here.  If Arthur can walk away from all of this, I wish to do the same.  I will not continue to live like this.

Which reminds me, the only actual effort anyone at Langley Eustis Hospital has put forth, since October 15, 2014, is that  Dr. Carmen Baxter has taken the links of  the video of the dogs to the Doberman Pinscher Club of America … under the pretext that “Elaine Greenwood is  “breeding” these dogs.   She sent her email to the DPCA from her military account, with her full military rank and title.  Military officers are not allowed to do that! She can use a personal account, but she may not represent herself as an officer n the USAF.

As a fact, Dr. Carmen Baxter is a transparent petty bitch.  I am not doing anything but taking care of the end result of an obsession that Arthur Greenwood had. The dogs are in his name as much as mine.  I am not currently “breeding “any dog and  if it is “abuse” for the dogs to live like this, it is even more abusive for me to live like this, and if Dr. Carmen Baxter had even a shred of humanity, she would not have done such a stupid, obvious, petty dishonorable thing.

For that matter, if Dr. Carmen Baxter had even a shred of honor or decency, she would not have contacted Arthur, who was at home with me on vacation, to get Arthur involved in the Baxter’s vendetta against Col Martinez because she’d received a Letter of Admonishment (which Baxter did back in October of 2014).

Arthur Greenwood needs to sign off of the dogs‏

Col Martinez et al:

Arthur had done enough research to know the exact language to use, when he drove  away from the dogs and the horses on November 20, 2014.  He claims that on November 20, 2014 he “left with no intention to return. ” Those words did not fall from the sky. They are what the law requires when you intend to divorce. 

I now know that  Arthur had prepared in advance, had spoken with an attorney, and third parties, and that leaving was  his plan for a long time.  

The moment Arthur felt he was leaving, all of the dogs and horses should have been placed. That would be the honorable thing to do.

 Since that November day  Arthur has repeatedly promised he would sign off of the dogs.

In fact, if I had a clue that Arthur was  going back down the road of “Tax Evasion”  with our 2013 Federal Income Tax return, and if I’d understood that he was engaged in adultery, and lying cheating and the rest,  with one foot out the door, the 12 young dogs here would never have been bred.  Living like this is abusive of them and of me . I never agreed to live like this, except that it was what Arthur required, in the moment, with the promise that we’d have a real home.  I have stayed to take care of these animals, but I will not continue to live like this.

And, in her email to the Doberman Pinscher Club of America (wherein Baxter harangues me, yet ignores her buddy Arthur).  Dr. Carmen Baxter flat out says that I have made “false accusations” about her.

Bullshit!!! 

I posted her text messages to my husband, and my opinion of them. and of her conduct.  As a fact, Dr. Carmen Baxter made the choice to seek Arthur’s personal involvement in her petty personal agenda against Martinez, which reflected poor judgment and an inappropriate personal relationship between the two of them.  I do not owe Dr. Carmen Baxter anything but contempt.

Other than a dear dear old friend, Lt Col Wally Pede, who is over 90 years old, you are by far the only member of the AF that has ever acted with integrity or honor. 

When I look at the video John made of you and I talking, what comes across to me is that you are genuine.  I felt that you were “genuine” the moment I listened to you answer the first few questions I had. ( I can see that moment in the video)   I was so confrontational, bordering on combative, and you simply answered my questions as best you could, honestly, without evasion or an agenda in your answer. 

 And it struck me immediately, in that moment, that you were not Arthur. 

I am sore, and I simply can not keep going.  John Blue helps as much as he can, and I would never have been able to  hold on this long without his help, but he has his life and works and all,  and I can not pay him much.  So there are days I simply have to try to do this by myself, and I simply can not. It is not a matter of my will or commitment to these animals,  it is my age and my health.

Yes, I have received an email that I believe has his power of attorney.  As I was opening it, Animal Control Showed up.  As ugly and disgusting as this house is, I have worked my ass off for these animals, and frankly, with the help of John Blue,  I have kept them going.  Animal control looked at everything, and while the house is a disgusting unlivable hovel for a human being , or Military Officer’s wife, it is acceptable for a dog kennel.I still have dogs to get out, and crates to clean, and laundry to do, and dishes to wash… the wiring in this home is not safe, and the dishwasher motor burned up… so this is a nightmare for me.  But The dogs are okay

Still, Arthur could have signed off of the dogs months and months ago, when he first knew he was divorcing me.  There was no reason to put me or them through this accept that he was “at war with me” intended to “destroy” me and that “misery is what [I] deserved. That in and of itself is abuse

I will never accept that it took this long for the Hospital Command at Langley Eustis AFB to act, especially given that Major JoAnn Poole (A.k.a Dr. Poole) knew about domestic violence in this marriage on October 15, 2014, when I told her that Arthur had threatened me, and she asked me, “Are you afraid?”  and I responded, “Yes,  I am afraid of Arthur, afraid that he will harm me.”  And Dr. Poole then asked me, “Do you want me to have the IG contact you? and I said, “YES”And then later on that day she sent that voice mail, which I took to mean that Arthur had been spoken to about what the threats he’d made, and about the taxes etc.From that day until the evening of January 12, 2015,  I was repeatedly told that I should be speaking with you guys and that you were taking this seriously and going to address it.  On the evening of January 12, 2015 a woman named Vicky, who is the gatekeeper for Col Wayne Pritt said of ” Lt Col”  Arthur Greenwood, “Hasn’t he retired? ”  “We are not going to do anything, you should have gone to the police back in October.”

As a fact, the moment Arthur knew he was filing for divorce he should have immediately signed off of the dogs so that they could be placed. He agreed to do so again and again, but never followed through.  He knew full well that what he was doing was creating misery for me and for the dogs, and as he said on January 5, 2015, “.. misery is what  [he felt I] deserved. “

Animal Control has been here twice. today.   Apparently the entire world could see that what the videos showed was abuse. Why didn’t you all?  It is both abuse of the animals and it is abuse of me.

I do not know what will come of the horses, but I do believe that Mr. Gladstone (who owns this property) is absolutely furious about having been dragged into this mess that Arthur created, will likely ask that we vacate these premises immediately.

Given that this home is a hovel, and that I am living below the level of poverty, I have no objection to leaving, but I can not take seven horses that Arthur has claimed are his.

Yesterday, after months of hell and misery for both me and these dogs Arthur finally did what he should have done the moment he left this marriage in November of 2014.

Arthur’s unconscionable failure to act, for months, forced me to keep 16 Dobermans so much longer than should ever have been allowed. The dogs themselves did not get the critical one on one socialization that is absolutely vital for their emotional and social development because it is not humanly possibly for one person to care for the emotional and physical needs of all of these animals even if this house had been up to code and fit for human habitation.

As I have said all along this house is not up to code and I am living below the level of poverty, while Arthur insisted on his obsession with breeding , training and showing these horses.  He was obsessed and extremely irresponsible.  For example, back in October of 2014 he was trying to arrange to send the 2014 filly to Europe to be raised as an Olympic horse.  While I would live in poverty

Today there are seven horses on this property , including a stallion, a pregnant mare, the 2014 filly and a lactating mare who were dumped back here on December 4, 2014.  As Arthur knows , we do not have the appropriate facilities for them. The fencing was never finished.  In places it is simply a string of hot wire that deer and stray dogs run through and break, which lets the horses loose

I have told you all this for months, and ARTHUR GREENWOOD KNOWS THIS. Of all the ugly, illegal immoral and dishonorable things he has done, leaving me to care for this farm and all of theses animals by myself is beyond ABUSE.

I HAVE SAID THIS FOR MONTHS..

On October 15, 2014 and numerous times since that day Arthur Greenwood  has threatened me. Because I told the truth about what he’s been doing for years.  In anger, to retaliate, Arthur threatened to kill me, to destroy me, that we were at war, and that misery is what I deserved.  Arthur let me go without food over Christmas. He knew that my weight was down to 99 lbs ( 105 clothed) from what my weight had been as recently as last October – November .

Moore county animal control was out here twice yesterday, based upon  the national uproar over  one of the videos that I made on Feb 4, 2014 for Lt. Col Pinero , that Dr. Carmen Baxter just sent to the Doberman Pinscher Club of America.

As an aside here, I note that Dr Baxter sent her email to the Doberman Pinscher Club Of America from her military account, using her military rank and the status of the United States Air Force, to pursue her personal animus towards me, but not Arthur. In Baxter’s email she mentions “Elaine Greenwood” as the owner  of the dogs, to hold me up to public ridicule and contempt, yet Baxter intentionally omits Dr. Arthur Greenwood’s  name as also being an owner and breeder of these dogs.  As a fact, all of the dogs were bred by and are owned by Dr. Arthur Greenwood  as much as by me.  Arthur is equally deserving of having been included is Dr Carmen Baxter’s complaint, yet she protects him because her only true agenda was to use her military rank to vindictively hurt me.  what Baxter did is as transparent as glass and it is dishonorable to an extreme. She also makes claims and an accusation about me that are actionable in a court of law.

The owner of this property , Mr Steven Gladstone , saw the video, as has everyone in dogs in this country.  Mr Gladstone is on the AKC Board of Directors, two weeks away from a hotly contested re-election.  He is furious at what has happened here , only because it impacts him personally.  I believe he will be asking that we vacate this property immediately .  In addition to having no way to move these animals, I have no where to go, no credit cards, no savings, no family, no income, and life long health problems from having been forced to live like this. I have spent every nickel I have or could borrow to simply keep these animals alive and healthy.

At issue at this moment is this:   as Arthur knows, I have a problem from having been pushed and shoved and banged around for years, by him and these horses.  His violence to me has been an issue in our marriage for years. And the horses banging me around has compounded things .  I am dizzy, I have been in the ER for this in February of 2014 and  in January of 2015.

And, as Lt Col Pinero knows, last night when I was feeding the horses, the 2014 filly, who is a rather large animal, accidentally ran into me and knocked me hard to the ground, causing a headache and nausea, which have still not resolved. I do not have the luxury of going to the ER, and there would be no one here to care for all of the animals while I am at the ER, and the National press may have picked up on the video and all of this, and if I were not here and something happened, or a film crew showed up it would be a nightmare,

and there is really nothing that the ER can do, I have to care for these animals, and they bang me around because that is what animals do,  my reflexes and reaction times are just not good enough anymore, that is one reason I told Arthur back in November that the horses could not come back here.  But then Arthur got in a fight with the horse trainers husband and the horses were dumped back here.  I objected, but there was nothing I could do but try to make the best of things.

And if I went to the ER IT WOULD TAKE HOURS, AND then I would be so far behind in my work here, it would only make things much worse to take time away.  As it is, I am barely treading water here,

It is freezing out. There is snow and ice on the ground.  I have sixteen Dobermans that have to be fed, exercised, cleaned up after, fed again, cleaned up after, they need their bedding washed which takes hours and hours because the washing machine shorts out constantly, their food bowls must be cleaned, and the bathtub is the only place to do that given the plumbing and the fact that the dishwasher motor burned up over a month ago.

The fencing for the horses is not safe or adequate. As Lt Col Pinero knows, the mares and baby have gotten loose. Repeatedly.  When they are loose  they pose a risk for themselves and to drivers on the road.  And they can excite the stallion to get lose too, which as Arthur knows, has happened years ago back in 2008 and 2009.

I have an appointment for some of the dogs today to get Health Certificates hip ex rays, and required rabies vaccines for several of the dogs. Getting more than one or two adult Dobermans to the vet is an enormous undertaking.  The vets office is a two hour drive each way, which means I will be away from this property for at least six or seven hours all told.  If the horses get loose, or Animal Control come back there will be problems.

At some point women and or women’s groups nationally are going to pick up on the abuse I have endured.  I do not believe Arthurs conduct and things like his ugly, “misery is what I deserve” comment are going to go un-noticed by them

As clearly as I can say this, as I have said repeatedly, I can not handle what Arthur has left here.  The gesture of him finally signing off of the dogs yesterday is good, but it is far far far too late ,  things were allowed to get so much worse while Arthur was refusing to allow the dogs to be placed.  The young dogs have been damaged. They are not socially or mentally where they were in November.  Those are critical developmental times for young dogs.  I am not sure that the dogs have each had enough one-on-one attention and socialization to be placed.   And what they require is hours of my individual time, attention and training, which I simply do not have because of all the work to simply keep them fed and cleaned.

This malicious and unnecessary  misery that Arthur wanted for me  is far far far from over, it will take strength that I truly do not have, and now my head aches, I feel nauseated , weak and dizzy, and in an hour or so I have to start getting  the dogs out , in the freezing cold, so that I will be able to be on the road to the vet’s by 8:00 am.  At this moment, especially with how I feel,  I do not see how I can possibly do any of this.
