Affidavit drafted by USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero

Below is a copy of the draft of one of the two affidavits drafted by USAF Med Officer Elliot Pinero.

Given that I had supplied USAF Col Louis Martinez and Lt Col. Elliot Pinero with the receipt for this feed store purchase on January 10, 2015,  there was no need to take this affidavit.  No need at all.  This affidavit  has absolutely zero probative value.  There was never an issue of WHO purchased the feed for USAF Maj Arthur Greenwood’s animals when he allowed them to run completely out of food on January 9, 2015.  The issue was always, “Why did anyone have to purchase feed for USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood?”

The USAF knew USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood was not meeting his obligations to me or the animals.  Here below are just a few of the dozens of emails on the subject, these from January 7, 2015 through January 10, 2015. There are dozens of texts, phone calls and emails about this, to both USAF Col. Louis Martinez and USAF Lt. Col Elliott Pinero before the animals ran out of food.  to USAF Lt. The USAF knew it would happen, they knew USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood was not meeting his obligations to his wife, his creditors and the obligations he created for an enormous number of living creatures, in one of the coldest winters  in history. The USAF did nothing at all, until over a month later the fear of being publicly  exposed made USAF Col Louis Martinez panic.

Arthur is not taking care of his dependants.

To be very clear, I will be out of dog food today.  And out of grain and hay in a few days We owe thousands to our vets and feed dealers already… the dogs are sick, I think from Tape worm.  I purchased the worming medication, it arrived yesterday, and I wormed all of the dogs, and gave them heart worm meds too… but at least four of the dogs are extremely thin. 

 I can not charge more food or use more veterinary services because Arthur is not paying these bills as it is.  And it would be fraud for me to charge more. We owe thousands and he knows it, he has known it for months, and he ignores it.  He knows t here is no mony in our bank accounts, we hav eno credit cards, and no savings.  He knows this. 

 
Arthur is not supporting me. While he has gotten obese over the past year I have gone without food and medical care and worked myself to the bone.  I have lost about 45 lbs. in the past few months.    Yesterday morning I weighed 99 lbs.  I haven’t weighed that since I was 12 years old. This is an alarming situation.  The dogs and horses will get sick and die of disease or starvation.

And so will I.

And the Air Force knew back on October 15, 2014 that there was good reason to take a second look at Arthur Greenwood.  Major Poole knew it, I had said on October 15, 2014 that he would go to jail if he did not file.  I told her he had threatened me, both to kill me and to destroy me financially.  That is what he is doing!!!!   How could she not have at least taken a second look at him.

Someone needs to do something.

And to answer the relevant question of why anyone had to step up and pay for USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood’s obligations to his wife, his creditors and the animals he created, USAF Lt Col Elliot Pinero should have spoken with people with direct knowledge of this.  In addition to me, there were veterinarians, a horse trainer and feed dealers –  who all had direct testimony that USAF Arthur John Greenwood routinely did not may his bills, even when he clearly had the financial means to do so, and that Maj Greenwood had walked away from thousands of dollars of debt, and then hiding from Service of Process for any accountability for this debt.  One witness to the years of this conduct was the owner of the Feed Store, whom USAF Lt Col Pinero refused to contact.

Throughout the nine months of their farce “Investigation”  which USAF Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero called a Command Directed Investigation, Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero refused to speak with any of the witness of Arthur’s illegal, unethical and immoral conduct.  Other than the affidavit below, the only other affidavit Pinero took was from a woman who purchased a dog from us in 2009. This woman was a causal friend at best, she had never met Arthur, never been to this home until late in January of 2015, and had no direct knowledge of any substantive claim made, and no factual basis for any opinion what-so-ever on any of the serious issues raised on this website or http://alwaysthrough.com/ or  http://www.afobgyn.com

Given the seriousness of the issues raised, and the health and life consequences of the conduct complained of, I literally can not think of two more worthless affidavits than those taken by USAF Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero, which raise alarming questions about Pinero’s  abilities and his intent. The Command Directed Investigation ordered by the United States Air Force Langley AFBase Hospital Command did not even rise to the level of a pathetic farce.

Copied below is one of the two affidavits generated by USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero.  I note that it took Pinero weeks, maybe more than a month  to even produce this affidavit.  Lt. Col Elliot Pinero knew that the affiant below provided just less that $700 (seven hundred dollars) so that Maj Arthur John Greenwood’s dogs and horses would not starve to death, or freeze to death in January of 2015.  But USAF Lt. Col Pinero also knew that there were many other individuals who contributed a great deal more money to provide for USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood’s financial obligation, totaling  over $20,000.00 (twenty thousand dollars), yet they were never contacted by Lt.  Col Elliot Pinero.

As a fact, if  USAF Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero’s intent was to produce the most useless affidavit possible, i.e., an affidavit that would have absolutely no probative value of any kind in any legal setting, he succeeded. But in every other context what Pinero generated is absolutely pathetic.

Look at any statement in this affidavit below and ask yourself, what does this statement add that was not already know (i.e. Pinero and Martinez had the receipt from the feed store with the information of who had purchase the feed on the day the purchase was made).   So, what does this affidavit have to do with any substantive claim, what does this statement have to do with USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood failing to provide for his dependents, or domestic violence, spousal abuse, Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult, hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax evasions and tax fraud, insurance fraud, thousand of dollars of thefts on a DITY move, and roughly $250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars) of illegal income from illegal moonlighting and breaches of several contracts?
