USAF Medical Officer Col. Louis Martinez was my husband’s commander. At one point in time, in late December of 2014, after hundreds of calls to the military, I was told I was to deal with Col. Martinez.  I spoke with him by phone,  text and email.  Though he offered all sorts of assurances and promises, in the end Col. Martinez did absolutely nothing at all to protect  me or keep me safe.  In fact, though he knew about it in advance, he stood idly by as I ran completely out of food for the animals and myself on January 9, 2015, and did absolutely nothing.

Given the circumstances of why we are in communication, I can not say that I find much that is “good” in this, but it was a tremendous relief to at least have some sort of meaningful discussion of what Arthur has been doing all these years.

These weeks since October 15, 2014 have been sheer living hell.

I will assist you in any way possible, with full access to our bank accounts, emails, phone bills, tax records, and any other document[s] that are or become relevant.

I wonder if you all know that in 2004-2005 Arthur was sued by the landlord in Ohio… the litigation went on for three years or so, I think it settled in early 2009. I have all of the pleadings in that case. Essentially, Arthur left the home a mess, and the landlord was so angry they sued us, for something like $60,000.00 (sixty thousand dollars). Also, the plagiarism was the subject of a Washington State Bar association complaint in 2006, An attorney knew of Arthur’s conduct in the course of attorney – client privilege, and threatened to go public with it if I did not retract a political question I’d asked.

And as I read this I can not believe how utterly and totally bizarre my life has been.

There are a few things that are getting lost in all of this drama about Arthur being an unethical immoral crook, and one is about to come crashing down around us. When I say I can not do this anymore… what I really mean is, “I CAN NOT DO THIS ANYMORE.”

I am 60 years old. I am disabled. I am 5’4″ a year ago I weighed about 145 lbs. Today I weigh 99 lbs. I feel weak, I have bruises that will not heal, I have sores in my mouth, I am exhausted, I am pretty sure there is no food in the house to speak of for me, but I am not hungry anymore and I haven’t time to look. I have enough dog food for one more day. I have enough horse feed for about four more days. We owe $2,134.55 to the Feed store, and that is after having paid them close to $5,000 in the past four weeks.

As a result of being banged around all these years by the horses, I have something in my inner ear that floats lose every once in a while and makes me so nauseating that turning my eyes to look a different direction makes me incredibly nauseated. I fall without taking a step, because everything is spinning. If I fall around the horses, I can get killed, plain and simple. Arthur would be able to tell you more about this, except that last winter when this all became overwhelming and I simply had to go to t he emergency room, and I asked Arthur to take a day off and come help me, he told me to go to hell. I have never had this properly treated… there is never time for more than an ER visit. Last night the filly banged into me. It makes me dizzy and nauseated. It took me until about 12:30 this morning to get done feeding and caring for every one. I feel weak, slightly dizzy and maybe just a tad overwhelmed.
And I should not weight 99 lbs. That is alarming to me.

As clearly as I can say this… I CAN NOT DO THIS ALL

I have lived below the level of poverty for years and years so that Arthur could be a horse breeder. I simply can not do this anymore. When Arthur threatens me, and when he is angry with me, he is abusive, throwing things at me, pushing me, slamming doors and screaming… and those are “the good times.” That type of behavior has gone on for years now. Last October 15, 2014, when he was so angry he said he’d kill me, I believed he meant it. And again in December and on new years eve. I asked him stay away and to GET COUNSELING, to speak with Chaplain Michael Taylor (who is up in Langley near the base). Arthur threatened me and I have a right to protect myself. He twists that into, “She asked me to stay away. I have no responsibly for the threats I make to her. I don’t have to do anything, I never have to be responsible for my conduct, and I will lie my way out of things.”

Looking back, I was sick at thanksgiving, sick at Christmas, I am fighting some sort of cold today… I would take a wild guess here and say that this house is unhealthy to live in…

I have said for months now that someone in the Military needs to come and see what is going on here at this address 3748 Vass Carthage Rd, Carthage NC 28327, Someone in the military needs to see how Arthur has been asking me to live for essentially the past fifteen years, ten of which have been here.
We have 17 adult show Dobermans. We do not have adequate facilities for them.

And we have seven horses, including a stallion, a pregnant mare, a lactating mare and a 2014 filly. We do not have adequate fencing or facilities for them.

There is no central heat in this home, the wiring is 70 years old, the roof leaks, the plumbing is faulty, the walls are cracked and shifted, it is damp, and chilly, there is mold and standing water in the basement, and termites and mice and god only knows what all else.

I am sick now more days then I am not. There is no one on earth who can step in and care for these dogs, in part because they are Dobermans. They have a value and are for sale, but to sell, they have to be in top show condition. I have had the horses for sale since they were dumped back here at the beginning of December. There have been no offers on the horses. I have even offers them for free. The problem with horses is that they will end up in slaughter in Mexico or Canada, , and I’d rather that they be humanely euthanized here.

I have struggled to pay our long overdue veterinary and feed bills, which consistently makes Arthur furious. On new years eve I paid a vet bill that was 6 months overdue. I am not sure if you know this, but Vets require payment at the time of service. It was extraordinary that the vet allowed us to go so long. Arthur is oblivious to this. The dogs now have tape worm and they need heartworm medication. Because of the months of over due balance they went without. but tape worm is not only a problem for them, it can be a problem for me as well. Treating tape worm is not something you can put off. The vet was willing to simply charge me for the parasite control meds and mail the Droncit and heartworm meds, enough for 16 dogs. That was a HUGE savings over the vet demanding to see each of the 16 Dobermans, which would have taken days to accomplish (you simply can not take 16 Dobermans in one car, they will get in a fight and kill each other). And it would cost about $900 for the office visits alone. You may not know, but heart worm treatment can cost $1,200 per dog. Arthur and I know this because two years ago we had to treat four of our dogs for heart worm.

So I allowed the vet to charge us for the drugs, because the dogs need them.

The $20,000 of horse fencing (that represents Arthur’s bonus pay this year) is not sufficient. The posts are spaced 16 feet apart, and they should have been 8 feet apart. This fencing is beyond expensive, but when you have a stallion, you absolutely must have adequate fencing, especially if you have mares too. We simply never had the money to finish the fencing. Arthur knows this, but has been able to ignore it because I always pick up the pieces, and borrow money, or beg fro credit, while he boldly goes off and lies to me about things like the IRS, or marital assets. or trip’s he’s taken or whatever.

To be very clear, I will be out of dog food today. And out of grain and hay in a few days. We owe thousands to our vets and feed dealers already… the dogs are sick, I think from Tape worm. I purchased the worming medication, it arrived yesterday, and I wormed all of the dogs, and gave them heart worm meds too… but at least four of the dogs are extremely thin.

I can not charge more food or use more veterinary services because Arthur is not paying these bills as it is. And it would be fraud for me to charge more. We owe thousands and he knows it, he has known it for months, and he ignores it. He knows there is no money in our bank accounts, we have no credit cards, and no savings. He knows this.

Arthur is not supporting me. While he has gotten obese over the past year I have gone without food and medical care and worked myself to the bone. I have lost about 45 lbs. in the past few months. Yesterday morning I weighed 99 lbs. I haven’t weighed that since I was 12 years old. This is an alarming situation. The dogs and horses will get sick and die of disease or starvation.

And so will I.

And the Air Force knew back on October 15, 2014 that there was good reason to take a second look at Arthur Greenwood. Major Poole knew it, I had said on October 15, 2014 that he would go to jail if he did not file. I told her he had threatened me, both to kill me and to destroy me financially. That is what he is doing!!!! How could she not have at least taken a second look at him.

Someone needs to do something.

Do you understand that the horses and dogs will starve. And that Arthur has knowledge of this, and my alarming weight loss, and has done absolutely nothing at all.

I need dental work for years of neglect that probably exceeds $100,000.00 by now. My weight is so low, I am at risk for even the least virus or flu.

I would love to have the opportunity to focus on my health, but I have 16 Dobermans and seven horses, including a stallion, a pregnant mare, a lactating mare and a 12014 filly. Arthur has dumped this on me for years now.

This house is cold damp and a haven for disease. I am exhausted. I have been threatened by Arthur. Among other things he threatened to destroy me financially. That is exactly what he has done. He has blocked me from the My Pay account. He forwarded the mail to an address that I do not know, so that he can hide the IRS letters and other financial information (which is what he did with 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. He is threatening to withhold just the basic money for horse feed and vet care. You knew there were serious concerns back on October 15, 2014, before things got this bad.

He is retaliating against me for telling the truth, and you are aiding and abetting him in the process. No one is holding him accountable.

I contacted the NC Medical Board. At least they responded immediately. I am allowing them full access to my medical records and my Insurance records so that they can see that I am allergic to penicillin, and did not have any of the medical conditions that are Arthur was writing for. Which is true for even the pill bottles that are now online. There are other pill bottles and receipts at the home of Thom and Vicky Thomas. They have seen the website and are aware that if any thing happens to me they will provide the information they have to authorities.

And I just got off the phone with the IRS. As I said, what Arthur did is Tax Fraud and Tax Evasion… and they will pursue him.

What is outrageous is that three months ago Arthur could have been ordered to take care of his responsibilities here, and also reverse the mail forwarding, in part because of his history and in part because I have a right to know what is going on that impacts me. Instead the military did nothing, he has been allowed to threaten me, and come and go as he pleases, and hid marital assets and avoid responsibility… and the military is even promoting him.

It is going to freeze tonight. I am dealing with seven horses with out adequate shelter or fencing, who are running out of food, and dogs that are sick, and Arthur is probably over eating at this very moment.
All of this is beyond acceptable.

I went without food over Christmas, because we were out of money.  I do not know where Arthur was over Christmas or who he spent the time with.  I spent the Christmas  sick, unable to afford even over the counter medication or food for myself.  Arthur knew this and did nothing.  As a fact, if  Arthur had told me on Nov 24, 2014 that he was forwarding the mail, I would have had something to eat over Christmas… but he did not, even though we were talking to each other on Nov 24^th.

 

Arthur did not care that I had nothing for Christmas. He did not care that we had nothing when it came up on Jan 5, 2015.  

 

This recent cycle of hell is fundamentally because, on October 15, 2014, our tax preparer and I tired to get him to file  our 2013 Federal Tax Return. I have not done even one single thing the is grounds for divorce, and just prior to and even after October 15, 2014 Arthur was saying he loved me and would build the home here as it should have been and we would have a life together forever.  What changed is that he threatened me, including threatening to kill me and I ask that he stay away until he got counseling with Chaplain Michael Taylor (who is up in the Langley area)

 

I  spend every nickel for feed and veterinary care for the horses and dogs he  insisted on having, even when he knew back in 2009 that the IRS was not going to allow the animals as  a federal tax deduction.  As a fact, a tax accountants as far back as 2005 have told us that it was “very iffy” that we could claim his horse and dog obsession as a business loss on our Federal Taxes.  They consistently advised against filing this way. 

 

Btw, do you know that Arthur does not pay any state taxes and never has. 

 

Arthur ignored tax professionals going back to 2005  and he hid from me four years of letters from the IRS saying we owed money and needed to file.  As a fact, Arthur has never claimed a profit in his horse business, not ever.  He has claimed eight years of losses in a row. The IRS – upon audit – will disallow all the losses and he will owe back taxes, interest and penalties.  The fact that he did not report the cash from The owner of Rapid Care in Sanford or the thirty to forty thousand dollars  received from two gentleman in India,   Mr C. Abimanyu Reddy and Mr Subrata Chattopadhyay is Tax evasion.  Arthur’s horse and dog  obsession is a hobby, not a business.  A business must make a profit.  This horse obsession never has made a profit, and that is a fact Arthur can not lie out of.

 

There is not one dog on this property today that was bred before the 2009 letter from the IRS saying they were disallowing the deduction. Not one.  If I had known of that letter at the time it was sent, I would have NO Dobermans here at all. Not a single one.  I would have accepted a $10,000 offer on the stallion and given away the rest back in 2009.   I would never ever have  bred, shown or had any horse in training. Not a single one.  And Arthur knew that, which is why he hid the IRS letters from me for four years.  In fact, the reason he changed the mailing address the IRS had for us,  from our 3748 Vass Carthage, Carthage NC  home to the Craig St,  Winston – Salem house was so that he could hide the IRS communications from me, hid marital assets and manipulate me into allowing these horses and dogs.

 

We have borrowed close to four hundred thousand dollars for these animal, and we have spent over a million dollars on them.  And it has been at the expense of my health and my relationship with my daughter. 

 

I am starving, and living below the level of poverty, and have been for years,  so that Arthur can have his horses and use me as barn / kennel help.  Over the years I have gone without food and medical many times in order that we can feed and care for the horses. I have gone without so that Arthur can have the horses in training or shown.  Back in early October 2014 he wanted me to agree to put the stallion in training that would cost about forty thousand dollars a year. He wanted me to agree to send the 2014 filly to Germany or Holland to be raised and trained over there.  He wanted to move the five horses to another barn, which would be sheer fraud, given that he has not paid thousands of over due bills for  them and can not pay the feed and vet bills when they live here. 

 

 Read the text exchange between Arthur and I  from Jan 5, 2015.  He notes that we are completely out of money, but his only concern is himself. He does not respond at all to the FACT that our bank account is down to $47 dollars.  Arthur has horrible credit.  We have no credit cards that I know of. We have no saving accounts that I know of.  The only funds I have access to are what in is the WF (Wells Fargo) account or the BB&T account.   Btw, he must have had access to funds because he seems to have ended up in Dallas Texas for the orals, and in the text exchange he says he did not buy an airline ticket.  I believe he has other funds.

 

Back in 2008 I was told that I needed $50,000 worth of dentistry.  None of it is covered by my dental insurance.  Absolutely none.  My lower jaw was collapsing. In 2011 we were told that things had gotten much worse and that I needed to do something immediately.  Going without food is destroying my teeth.  Arthur has known about this. In 2008 a dentist sued us for my dental bill.  At that time Arthur let the judgment go to a Sheriff’s foreclosure sale.  He would not pay the dental bill or the judgment.  He said my teeth were not his problem. At the last minute, on the day of the Sheriff’s sale, friends came up with the $5,000 to pay off the court judgment. Arthur never repaid them.

 

Arthur and I have never given a nickel to my daughter.  I have not seen her since 2001, because of issues between her father and Arthur.  After years of no contact, in 2012 she came to me, saying she was a senior in college at Seattle University and needed help financially for the last six months of school  before she graduated.  We have never given her any money at all. Not one nickel.  At that point we were spending well over sixty thousand dollars a year on the horses and dogs, and had spent close to a million on them.   Arthur agreed to set up an allotment of five hundred dollars a month  for my daughter, so that on the first of each month she could pay her rent and focus on graduating.  He sent me an email saying that the allotment had in fact been set up. I relayed this to my daughter, and assured her that she could rely upon that allotment to be there on the first of each month.  That was in December. By March my daughter would not accept or return my calls or emails.  I spoke with Arthur about this as it happened.  In August I learned that HE NEVER SET UP the ALLOTMENT.   He had lied to me about setting it up.  And my daughter was too hurt and to proud to beg us. She has never spoken to me since.

 

I do not have enough dog food to feed the dogs today.  If this was some extraordinary circumstance, or emergency, that happened out of the blue, I could try to go begging from someone to step up and give us thousands to pay our current bill at the feed store, and buy more feed for the dogs and horses. I have had to do that many times over the years.  But I do not know anyone who would want to step up here anymore and I can not in good faith even ask anymore.  This is not an emergency of any kind.  Arthur knew this was coming, if for no other reasons than there are dozens of texts about it  As a fact, veterinary care and feed are the most minimal  requirements for having animals.  Just like medical care and food are the most minimal requirement for people. Arthur knows what it costs to raise and care for these animals,  if only because  we’ve been doing this for years now, this is not the first crisis, and he has been deducting 100% of their expenses, vet bills, training bills and feed bills on tax returns  for the past decade.  I do not need to be telling him again and again and again that we are running out of food for them, he knows it because we have had horses and dogs for over 15 years now. 

 

The bill for the vet medication that I purchased on January 5, 2015 (that Arthur threatens to use as grounds to give  me “minimal alimony” )  was actually about $1,900.00. Even though we had gone months and months without paying our bill at this vet,  and had only just brought it current, they were willing to put $1,500 on the debit card and the balance on our account.  Several of the dogs are sick, I have to assume as the result of going without some parasite control.  That can be fatal and any medical professional would know this.  A dog owner would certainly know this. And Arthur absolutely knows this because a few years back we paid about $1,200 per dog for four of our dogs to be treated for heartworm.   

 

For years Arthur has promised that if I just hold on for a short time more, he will remodel this home, and pay for dentistry and all of the rest. 

 

He has failed in absolutely every promise.  He has utterly disregarded his responsibilities here  to me and for these animals and I can not honestly present to any feed store, veterinarian or friend that Arthur will act responsibly and pay his bills. He does not act responsibly, or even with basic human decency.  He does not pay his bills or accept any responsibility for the chaos he creates around  him.  My sin in this is that, on October 15, 2014, along with our tax preparer I simply tried to get him to file his 2013 Federal Income tax, to AVOID going to jail. 

 

I will not allow the animals to starve to death, because it is cruel, but I will not go one step further into debt for them.   It is clear to me that I have allowed enough of our community property to be spent on these animals over the years, and I have endured enough emotional and physical abuse.  Arthur has abandoned me and his responsibilities to me and these animals. There is no credible reason or acceptable excuse for his conduct, including his conduct since October 15, 2014.

The Air Force could have done a great deal to step up, back on October 15, 2014, when I was in better health. If Major Poole had acted more responsibly on that day, and simoly inquired, at least I would have not gone without food.

 

The Air Force has ignored what Arthur is doing many times over the years, like when I contacted Lt Col Robert Payne , his CO back when Arthur was doing the Wake Forest Residency and we had the house in Winston Salem so that he could be close to the hospital.  I believe I got some gatekeeper staff member of Payne’s. who would not allow me to speak with Payne. I asked that they simply take a look at Arthur, to simply LOOK at him. At the time he weighed about 300 lbs.  He failed three PT is a row, gaining 20 lbs with each successive  PT test.   And then he blamed his obesity on the Air Force for allegedly “not giving him time to work out” When the truth was, Arthur was moonlighting and made close to eighty thousand dollars that year alone!!!  I now know that he was going out, partying,  and  buying leather furniture, and a new bedroom suite, and big screen TVs,  and had his deluxe cable sports package so he could obsess about football and basket ball in addition to the horses.   And during this time he kept me away from the Winston Salem home for months so that I did not see it all, because it revealed that he was hiding marital assets and income while I was starving and living here in poverty. 

 

I want who and what Arthur is to be known, because he will hurt someone (besides me).  Arthur is a creature with no conscience at all, and no boundaries to his conduct. He will do or say anything to get his way. He has no genuine human emotion. He lets me starve, he lets these animals starve.  It does not even concern him.    He completely ignored his own children for ten years, not a phone call, not a birthday card, not a Christmas card, from the time they were 6, 7, and 8 years old.  For ten years, nothing at all. His ex wife Leah swore to this under oath in court in 2007 or 2008 when she sued to increase the child support.  She claimed Arthur ignored his children because of  “his wife’s horse breeding business.”  And he let them blame me.  

 

I think Arthur is a common criminal, a pathological liar, and a sociopath. He has no connection to the pain and chaos he causes. That is what Dr. Thomas Clifford said of him back in 1998 in a court ordered psych evaluation  of Arthur, and it is ever so true. Arthur  has threatened me, he has harmed me, and he will harm others.  

 

And you all are allowing it. 

 

You can not say you did not know and were not warned that Arthur J Greenwood as unfit to be an Officer in the US AF and or a medical doctor, with people’s lives in his hands.  Arthur will harm or kill someone, and you are will have to share some responsibility.  I have gone so far above and beyond to see that he is known and held accountable.  You all need to step up here.

A few months ago Arthur used what he called my “hand eczema” as part of the  reason he requested early retirement.  What he refers to as “hand eczema” is also on my feet, which, like my hands crack and bleed and make walking, or touching anything extremely painful  He submitted some of these photos, and some were taken last night. 

And, as shameful as this is to show anyone, here is a photo from last night  of just part of the dental issues I have, which have been ignored for years, and are made incredibly worse by starving.

In addition to the eczema, I have a condition of my inner ear, that causes extreme nausea and dizziness.  The horses bamg me around constantly… if I hit my head again I can fall and be killed or very seriously injured.   

I sent Arthur a text before Christmas that I had  no money or food. He ignored it.  This type of thing has happened so many times over the years, I forget that it is completely unacceptable.  And, without any question, he and I have discussed  his neglect of me and our animals numerous times over the years, with promises that it will all be better soon, if I just let him spend another twenty to forty thousand dollars on the horses or the dogs first. 

In fact, I have gone without food dozens of times over the years, in scenarios similar to what is happening now,  involving  Arthur abusing me after I have discovered him hiding marital assets, committing adultery, theft, insurance fraud and other conduct. 

I should weigh about 140 lbs.  That is a healthy weight for me. It is about the weight in the photo about.   I  texted Arthur on Jan 6, 2015 just after I weighed myself, fully clothed, with shoes and all, and weighted 105 lbs.  The next morning after a shower I weighted 99 lbs.   I love food, going without is NOT my choice.  I am loosing weight because I I can not afford food.  And now, what I eat will not stay with me.  I am weak and dizzy most of the time.

I believe that going without food is extremely detrimental to my health.  I would like to point out that during this past year, Arthur has been obese, and has had extensive cosmetic  dentistry on his front tooth.  He can not say he is not aware of the wonders of food, or of my dental needs, or my skin condition (which he uses to request early retirement), or the dizziness,  and I do not think he can credibly claim that he is unaware that starving exacerbates my medical problems.

Requiring me to live in this house with no working furnace, faulty wiring and standing water and mold in the basement is more than just cruel, it is spousal abuse. I am living below the level of poverty.   Arthur lied to me last March and told me that he’d had a licensed electrician look at this wiring and tell me it was safe. I believed  him.  This fall, when it got cold, and I plugged in one space heater to heat the room for the dogs, it blew every fuse in the house. At that time I asked Arthur for the name of the licensed electrician who had said the wring was  safe. He told me to go to hell.

 
When Arthur threatened to destroy me financially, he meant exactly what he is doing, by not providing food or care for me and these animals.  I am starving and my health is severely impacted by how I am being forced to live.

My  military I.d. is over a year expired. 

What he has been doing for years is spousal abuse, plain and simple.  It is assault and battery.

I am clear that the Air Force has done nothing at all to address any of this.

I am Arthur Greenwood’s dependent. When he threatened me back on October 15, 2014 the Air Force could have simply told him that regardless of the IRS Tax Evasion, Fraud, theft etc, circus he has created, HE HAS A DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF HIS DEPENDANTS which includes providing food and medical care.

Arthur knew I was without food over Christmas, that I was sick, and he knew exactly when we would run out of food for the animals. He knew the animals were sick. His only response was on January 5, 2015 to threaten that my getting medication for the dogs would reduce the amount of alimony I would receive.

I do not have any money to hire an attorney and should not have to hire one if anyone in command over Arthur had simply acted, at any time between October 15, 2014 and today, January 9, 2015

The dishwasher, which Arthur had installed last spring, was not wired in properly and the motor has burned up. We have 16 Adult Dobermans. I can not hand wash dished because of the chronic incurable untreatable skin condition I have on my hands an feet. My hands and feet are cracked and bleeding as it is. I can not get them wet, it will make them much much worse. I will get to the point were I have no skin on any of my fingers, but a thin layer that cracks and bleeds. The Air Force and Arthur know this, he used this condition as a reason for early retirement.

As a result of being banged around all these years by the horses, I have something in my inner ear that floats lose every once in a while and makes me so nauseating that turning my eyes to look a different direction makes me incredibly nauseated. I fall without taking a step, because everything is spinning. If I fall around the horses, I can get killed, plain and simple. Arthur would be able to tell you more about this, except that last winter when this all became overwhelming and I simply had to go to the emergency room, and I asked Arthur to take a day off and come help me, he told me to go to hell. I have never had this properly treated… there is never time for more than an ER visit. Last night the filly banged into me. It makes me dizzy and nauseated. It took me until about 12:30 this morning to get done feeding and caring for every one. I feel weak, slightly dizzy and maybe just a tad overwhelmed.
And I should not weight 99 lbs. That is alarming to me.

Arthur has known for weeks just how long the food for the horses and dogs will last. He has known that I am out of food. In all the texts between us, he has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL to address his responsibilities to provide food and medical care.

I have contacted the Air Force, the IG OSI and every frickn number I could find hundreds of times. Hell, I even contacted someone we sold a dog to, who is retired military. I have filled out dozens of forms, going back to October 14, 2014. Arthur has threatened to destroy me financially, and he has threatened to kill me. And the military has done nothing at all.

Arthur is letting me and the dogs starve… he is letting us get very very very sick

You are aware that I have gone without food, medical care and that the animals are sick and we are running out of food

Arthur is aware we have no savings, no credit cards and owe money to vets and feed stores. It is fraud for me to attempt to charge more at the feed store, when it is clear Arthur will not pay his bills and he has abandoned me and his responsibilities here.

It is freezing, the house (which has faulty wiring and no central heat) is cold inside. The hose outside will not work below freezing. I can not clean the dog runs. 16 dogs equals a lot of diarrhea, which I can not clean up, and this accelerates a downward spiral. When I first contacted you, the dogs were healthy and I was much healthier.

My most recent text to Arthur was Wednesday, January 7, 2015. He has not bothered to even respond. The dogs were out of food yesterday… He did nothing, and you did nothing. The horses will be out of food today. Unless Arthur is stone cold dead in the ground, he has a duty to have done something, weeks ago
Abandoning me and his responsibilities here is spousal abuse, and is in and of itself CONDUCT unbecoming an Officer. The Air Force has done nothing at all.

In the time that the Air Force, including Major Poole, have failed to act, from back on October 15, 2014, things have gotten markedly worse. There is accountability beyond Arthur’s criminal acts and what Arthur has failed to do.

the feed store may not allow the purchase of more feed ‏

As I have said for months now, we have had outstanding balances at our feed store and at vets and horse trainers.

I costs us roughly three to four thousand dollars a month for feed and the vet bills vary.
We currently have a balance over due of about $2,200 at Moore Equine Feed, We will be out of feed for the horses tomorrow

I have a friend who will lend me $1,000 to purchase feed for the dogs and horses until January 15, 2015,, I just spoke with the feed store, and they are going to call me back. I believe that the feed store will not allow me to purchase any more feed until the balance is paid in full.

As I mentioned when you called yesterday, on Friday January 9, 2015 I filed a Complaint with the Sergeant Billy Leonard of the Moore County Sherriff’s office. I have no idea what if anything they will do.

When you called me yesterday (while our tax preparer was here) you told me that the AIR FORCE was taking all of the claims on the www.afobgyn.com website seriously. I have to wonder if you’ve even read the website as it is currently on January 10, 2015

You also said that you had an investigator on line, who would contact me. No one has contacted me as of 11:45 am January 10, 2015.

No one from the USAF or Arthur J Greenwood has contacted me since you hung up the phone.

As we all know, the horses and dogs ran out of food in the past two days. Neither Arthur nor anyone in the USAF has made any provisions for them, not at all.

To be clear, Arthur refers to these as “his horses” and his dogs. I has told me that I can not disperse them without his consent. And that he does not give his consent.

Running out of food is NOT an emergency, not in any case and certainly not in this instance where Arthur has knowledge of the animals need for food, because he has had these animals for 15 years now. He has deducted them and their expenses on all of his tax returns going back to 2005. He has had specific knowledge of this exact situation for weeks now. So have you. I have emailed and texted you and Arthur for some time now. Arthur has done nothing and made no arrangements of any kind that I know of.

As a fact, friends and even the feed store noticed that we were out of food. One friend offered his credit card, to loan us money to purchase food for 5 days. I am not sure how I would even pick up the hay and grain, which would amount to more than half a ton of hay. The truck is full of a load that needs to go to the garbage dump. The laundry is at least a day backed up, I have no idea how I will have clean bedding for tonight. The dishes, especially the dog dishes are all back up, because the dishwasher (which Arthur had wired in wrong, and then lied about) has apparently burned up its motor. I am so far behind on the most basic things here, and my hands and feet are cracked and bleeding, so that walking is painful and touching things is excruciating. You all knew this. Arthur knew this. Arthur used my medical condition as a reason to request early retirement.

I can not accept that after three months, the Air Force has done absolutely NOTHING to hold Arthur accountable for ANYTHING at all, including something as basic as feeding “his dogs and horses.”

Arthur let our feed dealers, horse trainers and veterinarians go months and months with out being paid. He routinely was thousands of dollars behind with Dr. and Mrs George Veasy, who had our horse for almost five years. He has routinely carried balances of thousands of dollars with all of these people.

The horses should never have been dumped back here on December 5th and I said so for weeks before hand. We do not have the proper fencing or pastures and I can not care for them. Arthur knew this. He did not care. In fact, he made Dr. Veasy so angry with threats that Dr Veasy and his wife simply dumped the horses here, and we had string enclosing gaps in the one pasture with the stallion and two mares, one of whom is pregnant.

The fact that both the United States Air Force and Arthur J Greenwood were allowed to ignore the most basic feed and veterinary needs of these horse and dogs, for months and years [respectively] is compelling. It is not something I will ever forget, and it is not something I can ignore.

I can not in good faith accept third parties stepping in to loan us money to provide this most minimal care when I have absolutely no expectation that the debt I am incurring will ever be repaid.

I am not going to be forced to commit an unethical or illegal act of fraud to cover that Arthur J. Greenwood has completely abandoned his responsibilities to care for me and his animals. It is abundantly clear to me that the reason Arthur Greenwood has been allowed to get away with his history of illegal, immoral and unethical acts is that the USAF does not care!!!

I have carried this load as far as I can. The house is freezing, the care of these animals is beyond me.

I am sick, they are sick. At this point they can not be placed. I have been involved in placing dogs for more than 40 years now. These are Dobermans, with very specific needs and requirements. in terms of temperament and in terms of the types of homes they would need. Several simply can not be placed, and or it would be reckless to place them at this point. And I am now well beyond being able to carry this load.
And horses that are basically breeding animals have no retail value. I may love them dearly, but they have no retail value. I have offered the horses for free and they have been listed for sale on the internet since early December. No one wants them.

I have said all along that I can not care for these animals on my own, and I will not allow them to starve to death. I will have them humanely euthanized before I allow them to starve.
At this point I am sickened by what I have been forced to do… and I intend that everyone with responsibility, who allows this horrific situation to get so far out of control be held accountable.
In the interim, rather than sending Arthur to jail where he justly deserves to be, he should be sentenced to live here for the next ten years, caring for this 22 acre property and all of these animals… while I go off and play golf, and commit adultery, and become obese, and lie, cheat and steal, and live the grand life that Arthur lives. And n make no mistake, if he merely has central heat and safe wiring, it is by comparison “a grand life.”

When I first put up that www.afobgyn.com website I believed that the USAF was extremely competent to address the details of what Arthur was doing, and had been doing all these years. I believed that you would simply call him into your office and ask point blank what the hell had been going on. I believe that you all had the judgment to see through Arthur Greenwood.

I had no idea that you would allow Arthur to threaten me, repeatedly, over a period of almost three months, and do nothing at all to protect me or hold him accountable. I had no idea that Arthur would let me and the animals starve, and I had no idea that the USAF would do nothing at all

I was adding to the website in between taking care of the animals, and dealing with starvation and illness, and so everything was jumbled and rushed.

It is clear to me that many of the pages I put up did not work and that the site itself was not organized properly, leaving the wrong impression of what Arthur has done and why. That wrong impression can get me killed

I have spent some time over the weekend adding documents and reorganizing the website. I will do more today. I truly wish you had told me that pages and links did not load and did not work properly. My health and safety were at risk.

YOU need to throw away any list you made before today, January 12, 2015. I will add all of the tax returns and 1099s from Physician Solutions and Interim Medical, going back to 2005. I have added more prescriptions Arthur wrote in my name, billed to my Insurance for medical conditions I do not have and drugs I did not take.

For a medical doctor, Moonlighting without permission is not just about illegally obtained income. And you should have known that. Arthur consistently put[s] patients and the Air Force, Wake Forrest Medical Center and every clinic he worked for at risk because none of you were aware / are aware of the hours he was truly working. And again, he was working to pay for his obsession to be a horse breeder.

I have also added a NC Medical Board Complaint from Feb of 2013, which you may not have known about.
There are more documents that I will add, but I need to tend to the animals for the next few hours.

Arthur should not be seeing patients. You are putting people at risk.

And no one from the Air Force but you has contacted me. NO ONE!!!
