Mrs. Greenwood, emails are ready to go out to the Moore County Health Department for your well-being, the Moore County Planning Department regarding the deplorable conditions you are living in as well as to the landlord who has allowed the house to get in this condition.  The next email is going to the AKC folks, regarding your health and the need for assistance with the animals.  And last but definitely not least is an email being sent to the USAF – Pentagon to notify Major Greenwood that these emails have gone out and that he is not fulfilling his obligations as your husband to care for you financially, with health insurance, and better living conditions.

 

Will this be acceptable to you?

Yes, I think so.  But to be clear , I do not want to be trapped in MOORE county,  I do not want to be forced to get rid of any of the animals until I am healthy, safe and can make decisions.  There is NO HELP. in Moore County.  It is barbaric ignorance. And what I truly want are changes in the military policies that allowed Col Martinez. Lt Col. Pinero and others to lie to me.

 

Frankly, I would rather you contact the AKC first, and have them contact me and the Pentagon

and may I please have a copy of what Duke told you, so that we can compare my medical records, and what Duke Risk Management says in writing that the Dr. told them about  why I went to see her, because the doctor and /or Risk Management are lying. And the doctors office will not release my medical records to me, and there is a HIPPA form they can send me, that I can sign and notarize that allows them to send me my medical records.   I know this because First Health had the form.

Going forward, the issues are Abuse, Domestic Violence and Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult… I think we can do so much more than Obama has done.  And I think it is wrong for Hilary or Joe Biden to have ever claimed to be advocates for woman, and I will say that in any forum, in any context anywhere.

Obama has done nothing at all about Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult.

And the military policies allowed my husband to evade arrest. The military knew that there was a Warrant for Communicating Threats for Arthur J. Greenwood that was issued in Moore County on January 13, 2015. IN front of  attorney Mary Mac (a.k.a Mary McLauchlin Pope) in her law office on January  14, 2015 Lt Col Elliot Pinero refused to provide an address for service of process, and refused to confirm or deny if Arthur had been allowed to retire (which was based upon an November 6, 2014 request for early retirement by Arthur, which he based upon what he described as my disability and his stated need to come home and care for the animals here)

You will not be trapped in Moore County.  Because this is where you are now, they are the ones who we expect to help you now.  If that means condemning the house, they are the ones to do that.

I was very clear that you do not want the animals removed from you.  You want to be able to be healthy and then be able to make the decisions.

As far as the USAF goes – I was very specific that Arthur has a financial obligation to you first, then the animals that he is not doing.  The Pentagon will give the information to him. If nothing else, we are making him contact you – even it if is through an attorney.  This requires him to respond.  Our office cannot be looked to as legal advice or legal counsel, but we can let the USAF know that he is not holding up his end of the marital bargain.  We will address the military policies, but that would come through our office and would not be addressed to constituents.

I have already received a response from the Moore County Sheriff’s office that they will have someone come by your home today to check on you.  Please show them the water in the basement, where the roof is leaking, the sewage in the bathtub – everything that is wrong with the house.  They will be back in touch with me tomorrow and we may be able to use their witness to push the USAF on your behalf.

As far as the USAF is concerned, we can get information to Arthur through the Pentagon, but he is not required to respond to our office and the Pentagon will not require him to do so as long as he makes contact with you, even through an attorney.  I agree that there should be some form of requirement for a legal spouse to know where their husband is, but we cannot force them to do that.  Trust me, I tried.  Keep in mind though, if we are sending information to Arthur through the Pentagon, the Pentagon is going to see that information and it will be in his file before they forward it on to him.  In this case, I think that is a good thing.

I have attached again the response from Duke (see above under “attached”).  I was not aware of any question of releasing medical records to you as we have not discussed this previously.  If you need those records, I will do my best to get them for you.

To the AKC

I apologize for sending this email to so many folks in the AKC community.  While I realize this is not a federal matter, a constituent has notified our office of desperate conditions.  This makes me feel that our office has a moral/ethical obligation to contact those who can help her.

 

While there are many things wrong with the home, it is our understanding that she has done everything possible, (including feeding the animals instead of herself – which resulted in a loss of 50 pounds) to make sure the animals are cared for, healthy and properly taken care of.  She told me a horse kicked her in the chest a week or so ago which continues to cause her discomfort. She does not want to be forced to get rid of any of the animals until she is healthy, safe and can make decisions.

 

Again, we know this is not a federal matter and we are crossing lines; however, the care of a constituent and the care of animals is very dear to Congresswoman Ellmers (and me!) and we sincerely feel a moral obligation to those involved. 

 

Any help you can give her will be greatly appreciated. 

 

To the USAF – Pentagon

We are in receipt of the letter from the USAF stating Major Arthur Greenwood (SSN xxx.xx.2507) is not willing to have his contact information shared with our office.   In the phone conversation last month, it was agreed if any information needed to get to Major Arthur Greenwood, that sending it to the USAF – Pentagon would be our only way of notifying him.

 

Today our office has notified the landlord of the farm being rented, the Moore County Sheriff’s office, the Moore County Planning Department, the Moore County Health Department, the Moore County Council on Aging and the Carthage Town Manager of the deplorable conditions Mrs. Greenwood is living in.  It is our understanding there is standing water in the basement of the home (she is concerned about electrocution), a leak in the roof which has been there long enough to have allowed considerable mold to be in the house, no heat in the first level of the home and no air conditioning in the upstairs of the home, along with sewage backing up into the bathtub.   Any one of these issues would keep Mrs. Greenwood from being healthy.  It is our understanding that Major Greenwood no longer carries TriCare insurance on Elaine Greenwood which keeps her from getting healthcare.

 

Additionally our office has notified the American Kennel Club (North Carolina division) and the Moore County Kennel Club of the conditions the animals are being kept in. Due to a kick in the chest, Mrs. Greenwood is not currently physically able to care for them.  It is Mrs. Greenwood’s desire to receive help for the animals, but to not have the animals removed until she is able to make those decisions, herself.  

 

I realize none of these issue are federal issues for our office to be involved in.  However, because the constituent has notified our office of the deplorable conditions she is in, it was our moral/ethical obligation to involve those locally who could help her.  Some of these contacts will most likely effect Major Greenwood as well, and we felt it was also our obligation to notify him of issues that may involve him.   I am no attorney, but I would think that Major Greenwood would not only have a financial interest in the above listed issues, but would also have a financial obligation to make sure these issues are taken care of on behalf of his wife.

Arthur already has had an attorney contact me… back on August 6, 2015  to say that I “needed to lower my standard of living” because he was no longer providing for the animals at all.  And then again on October 24, 2015 to say he will take four horses, which include two that are the only thing of value that I have.

• On July 2, 2015 Arthur took $5,675  from our joint bank account, which was to address the electrical problems in this home and provided for the horses.
• In August he canceled the vehicle insurance
• In August he allowed the license tabs on the farm truck to expire. the truck is licensed in the State of Washington, where Arthur claims residence, and like everything else is in his name, so I can not renew the license tabs on the 2003 truck I need for moving hay and going to the dump.I do not want any contact with Arthur, not at all, not ever, not  as long as I  live.  I’d rather have the marriage annulled based upon his fraud and adultery than ever engage him in any way.I already sought help from Moore County back in January. They offer nothing, they have no funding, they have no training, no oversight at all.  One reason I chose Duke Medicine was to get out of Moore County. Between Mary Mac’s advice, and what that abuse advocate at First Health did, they almost got me killed. No, no, no.   No more.  I have seen enough of  Moore County, and of what they offer victims of abuse, to their barbaric ignorance, to the misogynist corrupt judicial system here, to Animal Control that responded to calls generated by an internet blog in California that opposed a political candidate I supported.No, I do not want to be forced to stay in Moore County, and I do not want to be tied to them because of some paper work or local rule.  No.

• In February of 2015, prompted by the release of the videos made for the Langley Command and released to the public by Major Carmen Baxter, in an effort to harm and defame me, Animal Control was here, six times.  The animals were in excellent health and condition.  But I was not!!!  As a fact, Animal Control is a Moore Country government agency. They saw the conditions of this home, and never conveyed to any authority in Moore County that I am a victim of Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult.
• I contacted you because of what the military did to me, that reflects military policy which other women experience too.  Hiding from service of process is part of military policy.  Hiding abusers is a part of military policy.  Victimizing victims is a part of military policy.  Military policies like this are abhorrent and are issues that Congress can impact.  That is what I want from Congresswoman Ellmers… I want a Congressional  hearing on the military polices that allowed this nightmare. 
• Arthur has physically abuse me for years. The military has ignored this for years. He is a criminal. He has threatened to kill me.  He threatened to destroy me, that he was at war with me, that I would loose everything… that misery is what is deserved.  The military has done absolutely NOTHING at all for over a year from knowing about these specific threats and the conditions I am living in.

I see scorn, pity and contempt.  That is what the AKC showed, that is what everyone sees.  People see me as something not human, a poor ugly ratty looking old woman.  I do not need that reflection back from one more person.  I am a person, I know how people in 2015 live, I know how medical doctors wife’s and officer’s wife’s live.   I NEVER agreed to be the barn help kennel help for  a criminal in the Air Force.

This underlined sentence s not true, as far as I know… god, I hope it is not true.  As far as I know, it is the USAA vehicle insurance that he is not carrying.  And my dental insurance flat out does not cover dental work that has been neglected for over a decade, and Arthur knows it  is not covered by dental insurance.  Arthur canceled my medical insurance in 2008, claimed it was an accident, but it was later reinstated.  Arthur has refused to cover medical issues – going back to 2001- that are NOT covered by Tri Care.  And he refused to pay a $5,000 judgment entered against us on a dental bill in 2008. In 2009 three woman we’d sold dogs to paid to keep the Moore County  Sherriff from ceasing our property for that dental bill judgment.  Arthur has said that my dental needs were not  his responsibility.  What was once a $5,00 0 problem is now missing teeth and a $30,000 problem.  All while we were spending hundreds of thousands on his obsession to be an Olympic horse breeder.

I quit the club in 2013.  It is like a Garden Club.  There is not one member who knows how to handle a Doberman show dog, in fact, there is not one member that even shows dogs, nor is there a member who is not afraid of Dobermans.  That is simply a group with a name.  Please, I hope you did not send anything to that group.  Please, I hope you did not contact anyone with that group, it would cause more chaos and confusion than I could endure.  And please, do not contact Animal Control

Congressional Inquiry – Greenwood, Elaine

As I told you months ago, I filed a FOIA request back in August for the results of the Langley Hospital Command’s Investigation.  I sent you a copy of what I had requested.  You apparently ignored it

I had been told by Langley that they were responding to my request, but I suspect that your involvement delayed their response to me.

As for direct contact with Arthur, NO!

I did not ask for direct contact with him, in part because he has steadfastly refused to provide any  truthful response or accurate information about any subject relevant here to, and in part because he is a violent, threatening and abusive man who has harmed me repeatedly and threatened to kill me.  At no time ever did I ask for direct contact with him, and I have said this to you.

I asked for a FULL CONGRESSIONAL Hearing on the military policies that allowed this abuse to happen, and I asked for an investigation of the policies of Duke Medicine that exclude victims of abuse from their patient populations, because that is what I experienced.

I asked for an investigation of military policies, including a policy that encourages and allows a military officer to hide from service of process, making it impossible for a victim to seek redress of grievance in a civilian court of law, while also making it in impossible to hold this abusive individual account under any military policy.  Can you grasp what that does to victims of abuse??? I am the wife of an Air Force officer, and military polices forced me to live in this abusive situation for well over a year, with no way to access any redress of grievance.  Can you grasp why this is a matter of BROAD PUBLIC IMPORTANCE and should be reviewed by Congress

Subject: Arthurs Conduct in civilian NC clinics

Major Arthur Greenwood’s conduct is not a private Pentagon matter for all sorts of reasons:

• Major Arthur Greenwood was entirely unsupervised by the USAF for years.  His security clearance was outdated by over  a decade. And they actually caught some of the fraud, and inexplicably allowed him to get away with the rest of it, including bad credit, not filing Federal Tax Returns, defaulting on his student loans, taking almost $40,000 from a gentleman in India, that was not reported as income.

• Major Arthur Greenwood was allowed to do Civilian Sponsored Residencies,  where he effectually had no supervision of any kind for years. During this time his weight ballooned to over 300 lbs. Simply looking at his physical appearance should have been reason enough to take a second look at his conduct.

• During 2009-2012 Major Arthur Greenwood was breaching his contract with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, and his contracts with Physicians Solutions and Carolina Locus Resources.  These are North Carolina institutions or businesses, which treat North Carolina citizens.   These are not military facilities.

• During these years 2009 – 2012 Dr. Arthur j Greenwood earned almost a quarter of a million dollars moonlighting in urgent care clinics all around North Carolina, treating civilians and putting their lives, health and safety at risk, if only because he was working considerably more hours than doctors are legally allowed to work.  During this time of excessive moonlighting (to fund his horses), Arthur would sign a statement every two weeks with Wake Forest about the number of hours he had worked, Every statement was a lie.  He lied and committed fraud about the number of hours he worked, all for his own greed, and in doing so put his patients at risk. And his patients were 100% North Carolina Citizens.

• Even after early February of 2015, when the USAF had the IRS returns, the 1099’s and W2, and the contracts and pay stubs from Wake Forest, Physicians Solutions and CLR, and incontrovertible evidence of Insurance Fraud, DITY move theft, lying on his security clearance, Tax Evasion, Tax Fraud and Breach of contracts, etc,  even after all of that, the USAF continued to allow Major Arthur Greenwood to moonlight in civilian urgent care clinics in North Carolina for months.   That put North Carolina citizens at risk.

• The military even ignored  a 2014 civilian complaint to the North Carolina Medical Board, that Arthur was abusive to a civilian female patient, in a civilian North Carolina clinic, telling her she had recklessly killed her first child, reducing the pregnant patient to tears.  I have seen the complaint, and Major Arthur Greenwood response to it. His response was a flat out lie,  meant to evade responsibility for his conduct.  The Complaint against Arthur was true, every word of it. Major Arthur Greenwood told me he was disgusted by this “fat stupid cow” and had told her so.The US Military freely allowed Major Arthur Greenwood to be governed by civilian authority in North Carolina when they allowed him to sign the Residency Contract with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center  in 2009, which governed his conduct until 2012.Also, Lt Col Elliot Pinero, Col Wayne Pritt, Col Lois Martinez and Major Carmen Baxter are all medical doctors, some of whom hold medical licenses here in North Carolina, as does Major Arthur Greenwood.
• As doctors they take an Oath to “First do no harm. “

• As a fact, the malicious unethical conduct of Major Carmen Baxter was specifically intended to harm me, in addition to using her MILITARY email to harass and defame a private citizen.
• Dr. Elliot Pinero knew first hand about violence, abuse- including ABUSE OF A VULNERABLE ADULT, and about my numerous injuries, including the head injuries and about every ER trip for injuries and cardiac issues.
• So did Col Paul Gorely, Major Joann Poole, Col Wayne Pritt, Col John Allen, and Col Louis Martinez. I believe they are all medical doctors.
• both the US Military and North Carolina law mandate that they report / act upon claims of violence and abuse.
• NORTH CAROLINA  46 Related to the Reporting of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Incidents  ..46 N.C. GEN. STAT. § 90-21.20 (2010).  REPORTING BY PHYSICIANS AND HOSPITALS OF WOUNDS, INJURIES AND ILLNESSES.
• They did NOTHING at all, not even about the incontrovertible claims of ABUSE OF A VULNERABLE ADULTThis is not a matter to be swept under the rug by the Pentagon. It is not even strictly a military matter because the military allowed Major Arthur Greenwood to sign a civilian Contracts with Texas Tech in 2008 and Wake Forest Baptist University in 2009 – 2012. This is a matter that properly belongs before the United States Congress, out in the bright light of day, where the American Public can see what is going on, and can see the the Republican Party actually cares about Marriage, and Domestic Violence, and even honoring Contract law, so that American citizens/ North Carolina citizens  are safe \with something as basic as going to  the doctor.www.LogresDobermans.comwww.LogresFarmPintoWarmbloods.com  The issues here for Congress are ABUSE OF A VULNERABLE ADULT*  by a United States Air Force Medical Officer,  that has been ignored now for over a year.  Military policies are matters that only the military and or Congress can address, and I said so repeatedly to Congresswoman Ellmers. For Ellmers to pass this off as she did is beyond pathetic. And I was injured repeatedly in the time Ellmers did nothing. Senators McCain, Burr and Tillis passed the buck as well, some citing that “Ellmers was handling it.”  Upon reflection, Ellmers and her staff actually made things much worse, out of sheer ignorance and gross incompetence. IF there were a grade to give Ellmers for her work here, it would be lower than an “F.” And that is true of Senator Thomas Tillis, Senator Richard Burr and most members of Congress, who allow constituents to be caught in an endless maze of computer generated forms and responses,  that shield elected representatives from the issues and their constituents concerns.I am over 60 years old, forced by my husband to live in poverty in an unfit, unsafe and dangerous situation. I have been injured dozens of times because of this situation, been in the ER numerous times and now have Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE). This could have been prevented if you had acted over a year ago.As of January 6, 2016 I am about to be homeless and yet I am MARRIED to a USAF Medical Officer. Before I am dead, from this abuse, I would like a full Congressional Hearing on the facts  of this situation. There is no need for any exhaustive investigation. Sufficient facts to begin a full Congressional Investigation have been on line for over a year on www.afobgyn.com and  there is now www.logresfarm.com.And please be very clear, I do not need any service Moore County, North Carolina offers, in large part because they are NO HELP AT ALL, and in larger part because my abuser/husband is (and has always been) the property of the USAF. Only the USAF or Congress can address the heinous unethical military policies that have allowed an abusive coward like my husband to hide from accountability while I am forced to live in poverty in an unfit unsafe and dangerous situation.This kind of abuse happens in one form or another to thousands of women and elderly, both  in the military and in the civilian world.  And as a country – we are doing NOTHING at all.  Groups offer up “run and hide” shelters and politicians  like Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Biden use the issue for photo opportunities, but they ignore the overwhelming majority of abuse victims for whom a “RUN AND HIDE” shelter is not an option and never could be.By remaining ignorant of this situation our Congressional Leaders are the worst part of the problem, worse even than an appallingly incompetent  creature Congresswoman Ellmers, because like Ellmers,  they pretend to care and pretend to offer help, and yet in truth they offer nothing.

In  November of 2014 my husband left behind thousands of dollars of debt and obligation to third parties, many of whom threatened to sue, in Moore County, North Carolina.  Because my husband was hiding from Service of Process, I could not get him to sign off the animals in December of 2014 or early January of 2015, and I alone would have to defend against his  creditor’s claims  for thousands and thousands of dollars owed,  without funds or the ability to do so. In every respect these heinous cowardly unethical military policies are wrong and should be abolished immediately.

• There needs to be a full Congressional Review of this abuse, of why it happened in the first place and of why it has been allowed to continue.
• Only a full Congressional Hearing of the military policies which allowed my abuse and this horrific situation will help change these heinous unethical military policies.

From early December of 2014 on, for or over a year now,  I have exhausted every resource, both military and civilian. My husband is the property of the USAF and NO civilian court can address this situation, and frankly it is now too late.  I am permanently injured and will likely die of complications of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy – CTE. I live with the symptoms of CTE, and am well aware of the impact of this terminal condition.  And at this point I am powerfully aware that this all could have been prevented and SHOULD have been prevented by those who knew and did nothing.

Ellmers staff flat out said that I had no choice but to deal with Ellmers’ office.  On November 18, 2015, US Congresswoman Renee Ellmers simply abandoned the issue entirely.  In sum they have done absolutely nothing at all, even after months of promises and repeated admissions that my situation was of grave importance.

The Moore County Kennel Club is essentially a social club, with few active members, i.e.,  half a dozen or so  seventy year-old ladies, many  of whom are ex realestate agents, who meet for dinner once a month and put on a dog show once a year. This private social club  carries the name of our county, so my United States Congresswoman Renee Ellmers – in her utter lack of due diligence – must have thought that this tiny private social club was a government agency.  That is beyond pathetic.  Ellmers also sought help for me from “the Regional Office of the American Kennel Club.”  There is no such thing, but see the tab under AKC to truly understand just how pathetic this was, especially in this specific situation, e.g. the conduct of AKC staff and Directors.

After months of correspondence, Congresswoman Ellmers demonstrated an appalling lack of even the remotest understanding of her job, and the issues, when Ellmers passed me off to the Moore County Kennel Club.  For about ten years I was a member of the Moore County Kennel Club and know it well.
