USAF Col. Wayne Pritt

Langley AFB Hospital Base Commander USAF Medical Officer Col Wayne Pritt is  too  much of a coward to even come to the phone. Col Pritt allows  “Vicky” do his dirty work.  On January 12, 2015 in the late after noon, Vicky said, “You mean Lt Col Arthur Greenwood, he’s been promoted and been allowed to retire.  You’re a fool. We haven’t done anything and aren’t going to do anything. You should have gone to the police months ago, but it’s too late now.”

I responded, “How do you people sleep at night?”  and then hung up and called the Moore County Sherriff’s office.  I explained what had happened and was instructed to go to the Moore County Magistrate’s office as soon as possible the following day and explain what had happened and why I’d waited so long to report it.

I did as the Sherriff advised and a Warrant for Arthur J. Greenwood’s Arrest for Communicating Threats was issued on January 13, 2015.  The warrant can not be served because Arthur hid from service of process and his superiors refuse to say where he was, or if he was even still in the military, or if he’d been allowed to retire. They refused to provide an address where he could be served until March of 2015, but the address is on a military base in Virginia and the Moore County Sherriff can not serve Arthur on this base.  Even so, from the time the Warrant for Arrest was issued on January 13, 2015 until sometime in May or June of 2015, Dr. Arthur John Greenwood  was allowed to moonlight in civilian urgent care clinics and or in medical clinics owned, operated or serviced Physicians Solutions, Carolina Locum Resources and or Wake Forest University Medical Center.

In February of 2013 a formal complaint against Dr. Arthur John Greenwood was filed with the North Carolina Medical Board.  It was claimed that Dr. Greenwood was verbally abusive to his patient, telling her that she killed her first child because she failed to take her diabedies medicine [properly.  The patient, who was pregnant, was reduced to hysterical tears by Dr. Greenwood’s cold and callous accusations.

Dr. Arthur Greenwood should never have been moonlighting in a North Carolina clinic to start with. Doing so was a breach of his contract with the USAF.  And for the years from 2008 to 2012 moonlighting was also a breach of his contracts with the Residency programs of Texas Tech in Lubbock Texas and with Wake Forest Baptist Medical center in Winston Salem, NC.

Over the years Dr. Greenwood earned almost  $250,000.00 moonlighting illegally.  The money went to his obsessions with himself, his life style, his entertainment and his obsessions with breeding horses and dogs. Not one nickel was spent on savings, investments or property.  We do not own a home, or any property that I know of.  The hovel I live in is rented.

I was repeatedly told that Col Pritt was aware of and being kept informed of my claims, and what was being done about them.  One example is in the email to me from USAF Medical Officer Col. Louis Martinez on January 7, 2015 copied below:

Mrs. Greenwood,

I received your messages today. Since our conversation I also revisited your website documenting the allegations against your husband. I have spoken with the hospital commander, Col Pritt and the wing commander, Col Allen.
I contacted the base legal office and the allegations are currently under review by the Office of Special Investigations. We will act accordingly on any validated wrongdoing under AF purview.
The weight loss and medical issues you describe are very concerning and I do strongly recommend you seek medical care as soon as possible.

I have no clue what Col. Martinez and Col. Allen consider “validated wrongdoing.” Frankly, it sounds like something they  made up.

As a stone cold fact, Arthur Greenwood’s Federal Tax Returns from 2004 though 2012 are incontrovertible proof of his illegal and unethical conduct, and Conduct Unbecoming an Officer, not only because Arthur was never given permission by the USAF to moonlight, but because moonlighting was specifically forbidden in the OBGYN Residency Contracts he signed with Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC and  Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas.

Worse, Arthur  was so corrupt he signed  a contract to moonlight exclusively with Physicians Solutions (which was unethical under both his Residency Contract and his US Air Force Contract), but Arthur then signed a contract to work for Carolina Locum Resources (which is the direct competitor of Physicians Solutions, and owned by the daughter of the owner of Physicians Solutions.  And then Arthur took cash under the table from a client of Physicians Solutions, which was strictly forbidden by his contract with PS.

.And every 80 hours Arthur was required to sign a statement for Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center  that specifically asked how many hours he had worked.  Arthur lied on nearly every one of those 80-Hour statements.

Arthur earned close to $250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars) moonlighting (at $60) an hour, that is a lot of moonlighting.  And every penny of it was illegal, unethical <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>and</span> CONDUCT Unbecoming an officer.  And every minute of it put his patients at risk and jeopardized the Insurance coverage of the hospitals and clinics Arthur  worked for. The liability for an OBGYN is 10 years, and can be up to 20 years.

And the United States Air Force, including but not limited to: USAF Medical Officer Louis Martinez, USAF Col John C. Allen, USAF Medical Officer Wayne Pritt, and USAF Medical Officer Lt Col Elliot Pinero knew about the Tax Returns before they were first put o n line in late December of 2014.

Arthur J Greenwood was allowed to sit for his oral OBGYN Boards in January of 2015, when he was ethically and morally not fit to do so. The USAF knew he was morally and ethically unfit to sit for these Boards, and so did ACOG. Insert quote from the ACOG site about the morals and ethics they require of BOARD CERTIFIED OBGYNS

Also, Arthur was allowed to continue to moonlight in North Carolina until sometime in May of 2015 which he should have been  suspended immediately back in December of 2014 if not before.

The United States Air Force had access to Arthur’s  Federal Tax Returns, W2s and 1099’s to prove all of this, and ignored it.    The tax returns from 2004 through 2012 are on the website I built for Lt. Col Elliot Pinero.
