I am guilty of felony animal abuse if the Logres Farm animals starve

Attorney’s have told me that once Arthur dumped all the horses here, and then simply walked away from the Logres Farm Business, which in December of 2014 including 19 Dobermans and 8 horses, that the animals all became “under my care and custody” and that regardless of Arthur’s:

  • knowledge of what he was doing; and,
  • regardless of his expressed intentions; and,
  • his threats to “destroy my life”, that he was “at war” with me and that “misery” was what I deserved; and,
  • regardless of Arthur’s income or ability to arrange credit: and,
  • regardless of the fact that I am disables, and Arthur used my disability to formally request early retirement, and,
  • regardless of the fact that we had no saving, no credit and no assets of any kind that I was aware of; and,
  • and regardless of the fact that Arthur had hidden income and marital assets in the past; and
  • regardless of the fact that Arthur controlled 1005 of my finances and was forcing me to live in an unfit, unsafe an dangerous situation, to retaliate against me for blowing the whistle on his illegal and unethical conduct; and,
  • regardless of the fact that I am disabled…

I alone am guilty of a felony  – i.e. guilty of felony animal abuse if the Logres Farm animals starve.
