January 2014

January  27,  2014 –  knocked to the ground – headache, dizziness, nausea

February    ,2014 – ER dizziness, nausea – First Health Moore Regional ER

January 2015

January 6, 2015 – in email to USAF Medical Officer and Arthur’s Commander USAF Col. Louis Martinez,  I said, “As a result of being banged around all these years by the horses, I have something in my inner ear that floats lose every once in a while and makes me so nauseating that turning my eyes to look a different direction makes me incredibly nauseated. I fall without taking a step, because everything is spinning. If I fall around the horses, I can get killed, plain and simple. Arthur would be able to tell you more about this, except that last winter when this all became overwhelming and I simply had to go to t he emergency room, and I asked Arthur to take a day off and come help me, he told me to go to hell. I have never had this properly treated… there is never time for more than an ER visit. Last night the filly banged into me. It makes me dizzy and nauseated. It took me until about 12:30 this morning to get done feeding and caring for every one. I feel weak, slightly dizzy and maybe just a tad overwhelmed.
And I should not weight 99 lbs. That is alarming to me.”

January 9, 2015 – in email to USAF Medical Officer and Arthur’s Commander USAF Col. Louis Martinez,  I said, “The dishwasher, which Arthur had installed last spring, was not wired in properly and the motor has burned up. We have 16 Adult Dobermans. I can not hand wash dished because of the chronic incurable untreatable skin condition I have on my hands an feet. My hands and feet are cracked and bleeding as it is. I can not get them wet, it will make them much much worse. I will get to the point were I have no skin on any of my fingers, but a thin layer that cracks and bleeds. The Air Force and Arthur know this, he used this condition as a reason for early retirement.”

Here below are photos of what this condition is like. Some of these were in the photos sent to Martinez in an email on January 9, 2015, others were taken before or since.  This condition is chronic, extremely painful and  not responsive to treatment of any kind.

January 10, 2015  – in email to USAF Medical Officer and Arthur’s Commander USAF Col. Louis Martinez,  I said,  “I have carried this load as far as I can. The house is freezing, the care of these animals is beyond me. I am sick, they [the dogs] are sick.

Other head  injuries / concusions

January 26, 2015   head injury, nausea, dizziness, falling, headache, First Health Moore Regional ER

Other injuries

February 2015

February 23, 2015 – 8:00 p.m.  when loading bales of hay for the horses into the back of the pick-up truck my hands got stuck in hay baling twine,  fell of 8 foot high stack of hay, jarring, nausea, dizziness

February 24, 2015 – knocked hard to the ground while feeding the horses, immediately called Lt Col Elliot  Pinero (who is a medical doctor), explained what had happened, and that I was very nauseated, dizzy, my head hurt, that this was much worse than any of the other head injuries, that I felt like I was going to pass out, but I had hours left of feeding the horses, and the dogs, and it was the coldest winter on record and the roads were so icy they did not thaw even in the day, so there was no way I could drive myself to the ER and no neighbor could drive on the ice either.   Asked Dr. Pinero to monitor me through the night because I was afraid I would pass out and the dogs who were out side could freeze to death if I passed out.  I called, texted and emailed Dr. Pinero several times that evening, saying that I was nauseated, had a sever headache, that this was much worse than any of the other head injuries, that the dizziness, headaches and nausea were not resolving, and that I was “having trouble with cognitive processing.”

February 25, 2015 – 5:00 a.m. and again at 6:00 a.m.  Had  not been able to sleep, sent two emails to Dr. Pinero which I copied to Col. Louis Martinez and Arthur saying that I was still nauseated, dizzy and still had the headache and that I needed immediate medical attention and that Arthur was the only person whom the dogs knew, and he needed to be ordered to take leave to come here and take care of his animals,  so that I could get immediate medical attention.

March 2015

March 16, 2015 – nauseated and dizzy – mention it in a text to Carmen Pitts

April 2015

Saturday – April 11, 2015 about 1:30 a.m.   Intense chest pain, in the center of my chest, felt like something was stuck in my esophagus, became increasingly intense, phone was out and could not find cell phone. Called Dr. George’s office at about 9:00 a.m. made soonest appointment they had and was told to go to the ER to get an EKG, and blood test to rule out a heart attack.  Went to First Health Moore Regional, explained I was there ass per Dr. George’s office instructions.  Had an EKC, blood work and chest xray. Was told to return immediately if pain returned or I experienced any symptoms on discharge list.

April 13, 2015 – Monday  – Intense pain in chest returned. J. D. was dropped by to return the lawn mower and urged me to go to he ER.  Had Vicky Thomas drive me.  They did an EKG.  Confirmed that all of my ER medical records had been sent to Dr. George’s office, including the February 2014 ER visit.  John Blue picked me up five hours later. Instructed to “avoid stress”

Wednesday April 14, 2015 – Appointment with Dr. George 11:20 am

April 25, 2015 – early in the morning as I am putting the stallion out, he becomes excited and smashed me into the gate post.  I fall to my knees in intense pain.  Later in the day the chest pain is even more intense, and running down my left arm, I am also dizzy and nauseated.  By 6:00 p.m. I m in so much pain I call 911.  Ambulance to the ER – Carmen picks me up and takes me home.
