I married a USAF officer, he is fourteen years younger than I. We met in 1997 as undergraduates at the University of Washington, in Seattle, Washington. I was an honor student, a single mother, who wanted to go to law school. Arthur was Bio Chem, in the AF Reserves at the time, struggling with a falling GPA and his obligations to his three children from his first marriage. At one point he was going to be a dirt bike racer, then a champion water skier, then a medical doctor. His first wife works three jobs to support the family. Arthur had left her before I ever met him.

Eventually he was accepted to one medical school, the Military’s Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He defaulted on his child support payments to buy himself a show quality Afghan Hound Puppy a few weeks before he started medical school. Since he did not want his three young children to know that “daddy had just bought himself a puppy” he did not tell them he was leaving for four years of medical school – that was three thousand miles away, and he did not even say good bye to them.
Arthur transferred back to active duty when he was accosted to USUHS and was commissioned a USAF Officer . In medical school Arthur became obsessed with breeding Olympic horses and dogs. He wanted the best of the best of the best, while he was in medical school. He almost flunked out of medical school and at one point was almost kicked out of medical school because of his horse obsession. Over time Arthur became a common criminal and a monster. If there was an illegal, unethical or immoral way to do it, that was the path he chose, tax evasion, tax fraud, disobeying direct orders, theft, breeches of contract , over $239,000.00 in illegally income, insurance fraud, defaulting on loans, putting civilian patients lives at risk, … and on and on, including pandering. How do you think he got almost $400,000,00 in interest free loans?

On October 15, 2014 I refused to go along with his scheme of tax fraud /tax evasion and he threatened to kill me. I reported the threat to his commanding officer and then to others in his Chain of Command (all medical doctors), they told me they would investigate, that he was “their property” and “not to go to the police.”

I cooperated with their ten month “investigation. They now refuse to provide copies of what they did – that were first requested under the Freedom of Information Act in August of 2015.

I also cooperated with my Congressional representatives, who were so inept that in November of 2015, they turned the matter of Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult over to the AKC. I am not joking!!!!

My abuser divorced me in June of 2016.

I am over 62 years old, disabled, homeless, going without medical care. I am a victim of domestic violence, spousal abuse and Abuse OF A Vulnerable Adult which under Adult Protective Services N.C. Gen. Stat. § 108A-101 (2013) which makes physical, emotional and financial Abuse Of A Vulnerable Adult illegal. My abuser was physically violent, for years, there are ER records and there was a January 13, 2015 Warrant for my abusers Arrest For communicating threats, issued in Moore County, North Carolina, t hat was never served because the military let my abuser hide from Service of Process.

Not one medical professional or law enforcement agency did a single thing to protect me, even when the threats escalated from ” I will destroy you for talking about what I did” to “I am at war with you” and “misery is what you deserve” and “starvation and going without medical care is what you deserve” because you are taking to the USAF About my conduct. My abuser controlled 100% of our finances.

Let me be very clear on that: by November of 2014 I was disabled, living in a slum run-down 22 acre rental property that had a dilapidated old home on it. The home needed to either be gutted or torn down. It had not had a working furnace since January of 2007. It dangerous 70 year old wiring that a licensed electrician discovered was not grounded. It had mold growing on everything inside the home of the first floor. It had asbestos in the home, and outside. It leaked in so many places in the windows and roof that when it rained, it rained inside the house. The plumbing so old and rotted raw sewage backed up into the tub where I was expected to bathe. There is video of the horrendous conditions of the home.

This rat trap rental was owned by Steven Daniel Gladstone, and Gladstone refused to fix any of it, so it just got worse and worse and worse over the years, and more and more unfit, unsafe and dangerous.

In August of 2014 Arthur and I were the plaintiffs in the Derivative Action filed in Michigan on behalf of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America against the AKC. We won in court in the first thirty minutes, but the AKC wanted us to sign a gag order to never discuss the conduct of certain AKC staff and Directors which led lto the law suit.

Arthur agreed to the gag order. I refused the gag order. Arthur and I co-owned and co-bred every Doberman. To skip ahead here, months later, On February 25, 2015, The AKC suspended my privileges, but not Arthur’s, because of the conditions of Gladstone’s rental home.

But that is getting ahead.

On October 15, 2014 Arthur threaten to kill me. I reported the threat to his chain of command within hair an hour or so. I was informed that they had talked to Arthur, and I was misled to believe that they were addressing his illegal conduct going back to 1999.

Arthur asked for me to forgive him and work on our marriage, and for the first time ever, he agreed to marriage counseling with Chaplain Michael Taylor.

I agree to stand by Arthur when he went to jail and lost his medical license, and we worked to repay hundreds of thousands of back taxes and other obligations. I agreed to work on the marriage if he would get counseling. Things were good for a few weeks, but it became clear that Arthur had no intention of ever getting counseling, there was always a last minute excuse why he would not allow a situation where he and I talked about our marriage in front of a counselor.

By December 2, 2014 Arthur threatened to kill me again, and I said he could not come back to the house until we had counseling.

In early November Arthur used my disability to formally request early retirement from the USAF. He swore under oath that I was disabled and he needed to come home and help me care for what was then 6 adult Dobermans and two old mares. The other horses lived with the trainer. We had taken down all of the old rotted fencing on the property and it had not been replaced. There were no stalls or run in sheds or any shelter of any kind that was accessible to the horses.

In early December of 2014, I wanted to get away from the rental property. I refused to spend another winter there. Arthur wanted to force me to care for the menagerie of animals so that he could come back later and take his pick of what he wanted, which included Jewell’s and Lourdess. Arthur trapped me on the property over my objections, by having our horse trainer Danielle Veasy dump all of our horses on the property, which had no facilities for horses. In the mix of eight horses was a pregnant mare, a mare with a baby and a Stallion. There was not even one completely fenced paddock, no barn, no shelter.

Arthur then Prefused to allow me to complete the sale of young Dobermans that were going to top breeders /exhibitors / buyers around the world. Arthur was hiding from service of process. I could not even get a court order allowing me to sell any of the dogs or horses. The animals were considered “community property entrusted to my care.” If I simply left, I would be guilty of a felony, of animal abuse. So in December of 2014 I was stuck with the sole responsibilty for the care and happiness of 19 Dobermans and eight horses. The facilities for the dogs were ugly, but they had the very best of toys, attention, veterinary care, social interaction, and food. Their ears were taped, their toe nails were trimmed, there bedding was washed and cleaned anytime they were put in a crate. They were inside and outside all day long, they slept inside in the only room in the home that warm, and I had people coming and going to play with them so they each had individual time on and off the property. It was ugly to the human eye, but the dogs were NEVER abused, any more than people who work are abusing there dogs.

Still,,there were 19 of them, and eight horses, and I was going without food and medical care. I lost fifty lbs from December 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015. I was sick and being injured constantly. And we were going into the coldest winter on record in North Carolina.

I was left with thousands of dollars of bills owed to feed stealers, the trainer, the equine vets, and the canine vet

Btw, I was not paying the rent to Gladstone, my abuser/husband paid the rent to Gladstone. I wanted to be allowed to live in a safe place until the situation with Arthur was sorted out. But I could not sell or even give away the animals because by law they were “community property entrusted to my care”

If I left the property I would be guilty of a felony (felony animal abuse). Arthur was not providing enough money to feed the animals, and provided the cleaning supplies, vet care etc, so I went without. The animals NEVER EVER EVER went without, not one day, not ever. I borrowed from everyone I knew, I sold everything I owned, but I kept them all alive and healthy even when Arthur was willing to let us all starve and freeze to death. I was in the emergency room over half a dozen times because of injuries caused by trying to care for and maintain so many horses without safe or proper faculties.

On February 25, 2015, while I was on my way to the emergency room for a concussion, the AKC shows up to inspect me. The dogs were in “excellent health”. The house,,Gladstone’s rental property was “unfit and unsafe for even dogs to live in” and my AKC privileges were suspended. Not Arthur who co-owned every dog,

I even had a North Carolina Deputy Sherif who could not find the law.

My abuser and I were together since 1997 – married in 2000. My abuser is United States Air Force Medical officer Maj. Arthur John Greenwood a.k.a. Dr. Arthur John Greenwood OBGYN. Arthur is fourteen years young than me, a foot taller and almost 200lbs heavier. He threw me into walls, doors, brick walls, down a flight of stairs, to the ground for years.

For years my abuser / husband lived in a second home and forced me to live poverty, without food, safe shelter, medical care, a vehicle, etc.

In July of 2016 my abuser used his 100% control of our finances to take EVERYTHING I own, even my vehicle while I was at UC Davis Medical Center being diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma

He even took my dogs and horses. I am now homeless, terminally ill, disabled, alone without family, because I blew the whistle on Arthur and his criminal conduct, and I cooperated with a military investigation of him.

Arthur married me so that I could not testify against him. He used me to do his course work and his legal work. He used me as his barn help / kennel help.

And he used me to get hundreds of thousands of dollars from Gladstone for his horses and dogs – which. Is pandering and grounds for Court Martial.

For the last eight years of our marriage Arthur lived in a separate residence, where he engaged in adultery and the party life of a bachelor – while I lived in poverty, in hell, going without food and medical care, to make it possible for Arthur to have the horses and breed, show and compete the dogs and horses.

In 2012 I asked Arthur to buy me a simple plain gold wedding band – after all the years of waiting for one. He refused, says that he “didn’t feel I deserved one.”

Athy Conigliairo had one entirely accurate observation in January of 2015 when she saw the condition of the house and how I was living. She said, “No man who lived a woman would ever let her live like this.” In March of 2015 DPCA Board member John Schoeneman said the same thing about the Gladstone’s rental home. John would never allow his wife to live this way.”

Arthur and I met in 1997 at the University of Washington. We married in 2000, while he was attending the military’s medical school, the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda Maryland. I did Arthur’s course work in three five credit classes when he was an under grad at the University of Washington, which earned Arthur three 5 credit 3.8 – 4.0 grades he did not deserve, which blustered his academic transcript. I wrote the essay that earned Arthur the Mary Gates Scholarship (which he uses on his CV). I wrote the essay for his medical school application, and I wrote ten graded papers for Arthur while he was in medical school. In every sense I helped Arthur earn his education. In fact, Arthur married me to keep me from ever speaking about or being able to testify about all the immoral, unethical and illegal things he was doing. In twenty years he never gave me an engagement ring, and refused for over e defaced to even give me a wedding ring, he said that I “didn’t deserve a wedding ring.”

In the twenty years we knew each other Arthur used me in every way imaginable. I did his course work at the UofW. Worse, Arthur used me to get money while he was in medical school so that he could breed and show dogs and horses. It’s called pandering, and an officer in the military engaged in pandering must be court martialed. In all Arthur used me to get roughly $400,000.00 ( four hundred thousand dollars) so he could own, breed and show dogs and horses. For most of our marriage Arthur lived in a second home, while I lived in poverty as Arthur’s barn and kennel help. I endured years of domestic violence, abuse and threats related to his illegal, immoral and unethical condict. In the end I am disabled because of the violence, abuse and poverty I endured. Arthur was allowed to use his 100% control of our finances to drive me into poverty and take everything I owned. In June and July of 2016 Arthur took my business, my only source of income, my financial security, my home, and even my ties to my community. In mid July 2016 Arthur even took the vehicle I was driving, from the repair shop, while I was in the hospital being diagnosed with cancer. I have no home, I have nothing – after twenty years of hell. Arthur has moved on to wife number three and the income I helped him earn.

I am 62, disabled, a victim of domestic violence and abuse, and on October 15, 2014 when I finally could not take it anymore and blew the whistle on my abuser, Arthur was allowed to use his 100% financial control to abuse me even more, force me into poverty and take everything from me, and I mean everything. After twenty years together he was allowed to take everything, even the vehicle I was driving., which he took while I was in the hospital being diagnosed with cancer. He is 14 years younger than I, a foot taller and often 200 lbs heavier. He has thrown me into walls, and to the ground and down a flight of stairs. The ER records of head injuries go back to 2004. He is a military officer and a medical doctor (OBGYN). He is also a common criminal, and it was my knowledge of his criminal conduct that was the basis of much of the violence and abuse in our marriage. My abuser has continued to be abusive even after he “won” in court and took everything, even after the divorce. He has said he will destroy me, destroy my life, that misery is what I deserve, and that he will “kill me.” And he means it.

IThe June 16, 2016 ABC News Now video doesn’t mention that Arthur has led a double life.

The ABC News Now story makes Dr. Arthur Greenwood seem like a nice guy, a credible military officer and an ethical medical doctor.  Here are some of the details that have been over looked. And please note, there are hundreds of other examples, in addition to what is linked below.

• Dr. Arthur Greenwood is married. I am his wife.
• When it suited his agenda, Dr. Greenwood claimed that  I was disabled.
• I am in fact disabled, but the disability [ies] are  much more severe than what Dr. Greenwood claimed in October of 2014. At this point, Dr. Greenwood denies that I am disabled, which makes his sworn statements to the USAF “intentional “fraud” and perjury.
• I am 13 years older than Arthur. I don’t fit with Dr. Greenwood’s public image.  I have been discarded like yesterday’s trash.
•  Dr. Arthur Greenwood is guilty of Domestic Violence, Spousal Abuse, Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult and Animal Abuse
• Because of the violence in the marriage, I have a fatal untreatable progressive medical condition.
•  On January 14, 2016 I learned that my husband, Dr. Arthur John Greenwood a.k.a. USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood, had contracted STD’s (sexually transmitted disease[s] and or related disease[s]. Dr. Arthur John Greenwood is an OBGYN. Dr. Greenwood knows better than anyone about the dangers of STD’s and STD related diseases.  For  years Dr. Greenwood denied he was committing adultery. Even after admitting adultery, Dr. Greenwood lied repeatedly about the frequency of his adulterous behavior.  Dr. Greenwood refused to ever tell me (his wife) if or when he’d been tested for STD’s and STD related disease, and if had been treated for STD’s and STD related diseases.  He recently had an STD related disease, and failed to disclose this to me at all.

Since 2001 Dr. Arthur Greenwood was obsessed with breeding Pinto Warmblood SportHorse and show dogs.

In October of 2014 Dr. Arthur Greenwood formally Requested Early from the USAF so that he could come home and help his disabled wife take care of Logres Farm.

Within a few short weeks of these sworn statements to the United States Air Force, on December 7, 2014 Arthur had all of our horses who’d been living with a trainer for years,  dumped on this rental property, over my objections (including what you can read in these emails with Arthur and the trainer)  on December 1, 2014 and December 2, 2014, i.e. that Arthur could not dump the horses here because  we had no facilities for the horses and I could not possibly care for them because of  my age and disabilities.

Here are just some of the costs and responsibilities Arthur dumped on me,  knowing that this was necessary to provide for the Logres Farm animals, and if I fell sort of this, I could be guilty of felony animal abuse.

• Cost of Trainers and Care for Horses

Then Arthur hid from Service of Process and stopped providing for the Logres Farm animals.

Beginning in Medical School in 1999, Arthur became  obsessed with  being an Olympic SportHorse Breeder and dog breeder.

Actually, it started a few weeks before medical school in 1999 when Arthur used the money meant for Child Support his three young children from his first marriage,  to buy himself a Show Quality Afghan Hound puppy.  Arthur’s first wife didn’t know about the Show Puppy, but she was  furious  the Arthur had defaulted on his Child Support. She had the State Of Washington Child Protective Services garnish Arthur’s wages.   Arthur then ignored his own children for ten years, not a phone call, not a Birthday Card, not a Christmas gift, nothing, from when they were 6, 7, and 8 years old till they were 15, 118 and 19 years old.  Arthur almost flunked out of Medical school because of his obsession to  breed the horses and dogs.  And he almost quit medical school in his second year (2000) to be a full time Olympic SportHorse Breeder.  Arthur did so poorly in medical school he flunked the MLE, Step I and II and finished at the bottom of  his class.

Arthur almost got kicked out of medical school in 2001 for Conduct Unbecoming an Officer in 2001. Arthur got caught having used the Military Medical School library computers about half a dozen times to pose as a woman named Lori on an internet blog about Warmblood Horses,  to defame Liz Hall of Silverwood Farm,  Laura Whitford d.b.a  Shadow Fox Farm, and two other individuals.  Ms. Hall traced the posts to  the USUHS computers, and Mrs. Whitford contacted the School.

In all we spent over a million dollars on Arthur’s obsession. We have no saving, no credit, no property. All we have in this marriage  is the income from his medical training and the remnants of the 15 year Logres Farm business which he abandoned in 2014.

In the video above Arthur says that he has a “NEW TOY.”  Here is what happened to his “Old Toys”  Warkant, Hotline, Lourdess and Abital.

These precious animals were part of USAF Major / Dr. Arthur Greenwood’s Business – Logres Farm.  For over 15 years Arthur bred horses and dogs, and signed contracts making life-long commitments to the living creatures that were bred and sold by Logres Farm.

In December of 2014 Arthur simply walked away from his responsibilities to the 19 Dobermans and eight horses of Logres Farm,  and he abandoned his contractual commitments to over 4o Logres Farm Dobermans around the country.  By contract, Arthur was obligated to be involved in health care, training and hundreds of other issues related to the Dobermans bred and sold by Logres Farm.

In no business on earth can one partner simply take walk away  leaving the other partner with sole responsibility for the partnership.  It is impossible to understand how the United States Air Force allowed USAF Maj Arthur John Greenwood to do any of the illegal, unethical and immoral things he has done, but of all of them, abandoning the Logres Farm animals and forcing me to live in poverty is inexcusable.

At  the time the June 16, 2016 ABC NewNow video was aired there is still a  Warrant for Arthur’s Arrest for Communicating Threats which had been issued in Moore County, North Carolina on January 13, 2015.

• This Warrant for the Arrest of Arthur John Greenwood – for communicating threats – has never been served because Arthur and the Langley AFB Hospital Command refused to provide an address for Service of Process for Arthur.
• The USAF Langley Command knew  about the January 13, 2105 Warrant for Arthur’s Arrest for Communicating threat, and about claims of Domestic Violence, Spousal Abuse and, about Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult

These USAF Officers (most of whom are  also  medical doctors)  did not report the domestic violence, spousal abuse or Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult to proper  authorities.

1. The Medical Officers at Langley ignored EVIDENCE  that Arthur Greenwood was guilty of Domestic Violence, Spousal Abuse and or Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult  Under Federal,  State law and Military Code, Military officers and medical doctors have a legal duty to report claims of domestic violence, spousal abuse and or Abuse of A Vulnerable Adult.
2. the USAF Langley Command allowed Arthur Greenwood to hide from thousands of dollars of debt owed to creditors, and left me to pick up the pieces and deal with his creditors.
3. The USAF Langley Command allowed  Arthur Greenwood to abandon his responsibilities for enormous number of  Logres Farm animals, which were Arthur’s responsibility.

Here are photos of how Arthur is purportedly living while he is forcing me to live in poverty and go without food and medical care in order to provide for his obligations to the Logres Farm animals.

1. Here is how Arthur has forced me to  live:

• May 13 of 2015
  

I have been injured dozens of times over the years, going back to 2004. Like many victim of abuse,  I did not always go to the emergency room, but even so, there are over half a dozen Emergency Room treatments going back to 2005, but cause of the violence and abuse in my marriage and the  unfit, unsafe and dangerous living situation. Looking back at emails from 2004 on, I mention dizziness, nausea, and headaches related to head injuries and violence  hundreds and hundreds of times over the years.

• Col Eliot Pinero and Col. Louis Martinez are medical doctors.
• The injury I am referencing in the email below was  from about 8:00 PM the evening of February 24, 2015, when one of the horses knocked me to the ground as I was feeding.
• I called Lt Col Pinero from the pasture, at 8:00PM that night, and texted and called him several times more.
• I recall describing the head injury as “rocking me to my core”, and that the nausea and dizziness were  much worse than the injuries on February 23, 2015 and January 26, 2015 ,and the dozen or so that Pinero and Martinez knew about since the horse were dumped here in December of 2014.
• Later on the evening of February 24, 2015 I told Pinero I was “having trouble with cognitive processing, that the headache was not resolving, and that I felt sleepy.”
• My judgment was clearly impaired. I was in no condition to drive myself to the ER.  The roads were frozen solid and I had hours of horses and dogs to feed, exercise and tend to.
• Dr. Pinero should have called 911 for me immediately.

Setting aside the horrendous  conditions of the rental home, the situation I have been  forced to live in with respect to the horses is clearly unfit, unsafe and dangerous.

Pinero knew that Arthur controlled 100% of my finances, that I had no way to move with the Logres Farm animals, and that I would be guilty of a felony if I simply abandoned them.  This incident alone was evidence of  ABUSE OF A VULNERABLE ADULT.   Pinero did nothing at all.

I was in the First Health Moore Regional Emergency Room yet again on April 25, 2015, because the stallion has slammed me into the gate post.

The Background:

• I was in pain earlier that morning and had been slow to get down to the barn to put out the stallion. Stallions are creatures of habit, and they pretty much demand that you stick to a routine.
• And, it was spring, the all the mares are all cycling.
• So, this otherwise lovely stallion was very hormonal and extremely inpatient from being denied access to his mares.
• By the time I got to Sandro D, he was upset with me.
• As I walked him through the gate to the paddock he let me know how mad he was with me by using the full force of his 1,000 lbs. body to slam me into the gate post.
• The gate posts are 10″ solid full-round posts, eight feet long, with 3 feet of their length buried solidly in the ground, with the aid of an auger attached to a small skid steer.
• The effect of being slammed into the gate post is like hitting a concrete wall, and this is how I described what the stallion had done when I spoke with Dr. Peter A Tucich in the Emergency Room at First Health Moore Regional on the evening of April 25, 2015.

Here are videos of the stallion and the situation, simply to give you an idea of the size and power of these beautiful animals, who weigh roughly 1,000 lbs.

 

This videos below show  a small part of my daily routine. In these video you might notice that my left side is stiff, That is because I was still in pain from when I was kicked full on, by one of the horses in September of 2015,  as I bent down to place their  food.  The horse was excited and impatient, and a bit annoyed with having to wait.

The danger of an old woman my age trying to care for these incredible animals – all by myself – is beyond cruel and abusive of me.  For almost two years now I have carried the burden of responsibility  for the Logres Farm horses and dogs which Arthur Greenwood abandoned here in early December of 2014 all by myself.

I am forced to remain in a home with no neat, no air conditioning, faulty wiring, bad plumbing, asbestos inside and outside the home, mold in the home, and unimaginable conditions, I go without food and medical care.  The truck in this video is in Arthur’s name and licensed in the State of Washington.  Arthur refused to renew the license in August of 2015. And Arthur canceled my car insurance in January of 2016.   I have NO vehicle to drive. None at all. I rely on a friend to get groceries when she has the time. Beyond that, I am stuck on this property, waiting for the next injury to be fatal and release me from this nightmare.

 

This is the only video clip I can find, to give an idea of just how quickly a 1,000 lbs. horse can suddenly decide to take a step sideways.

In October of 2014 Arthur filed for Early Retirement from the USAF, citing the fact that I was disabled and he needed to come home and help me care for the property.  Arthur swore on his oath as an officer that I was disabled, and even offered photos to back up his claim.  In October of 2014 the horses you see in these videos did not live on this property. They had lived for years with the trainer.

In court documents filed in February of 2016, Arthur swore under oath that he left the marriage on November 14, 2016. And as a fact, he dumped these horses on December 7, 2014 over my repeated objections, again and again . The wire fencing you see on the first of these videos was not there on December 2, 2014.  How is it allowed that Arthur could dump all of this on me, over my objections.

Here as some ugly truths:

• Women my age, women who are abused;
• women who are weakened by poverty;
• and /or pain;
• women who appear alone for medical care; and
• most especially women who are alone when they seek Emergency Medical Care,
• are all at risk and are at an extreme disadvantage, because medical professionals:
• dismiss us, do not listen to us, do not believe us, and treat us like foolish children who are incapable of understanding or even giving accurate patient history’s.

As the result of years of spousal abuse and domestic violence, which included years being pushed around, shoved into walls, door ways, even thrown down a flight of steps, combined with how I have been forced to live since December of 2014, which is Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult,  I now have a progressive, untreatable terminal condition called Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. There is only once cause for CTE –  the cause of CTE is years of repeated head injuries.

IF the USAF had simply taken a second look at Arthur John Greenwood, the illegal moonlighting would have been exposed, as would the secret bank accounts, the unreported income, the tax fraud, the insurance fraud,  and the abuse in my marriage, which included very obvious things like the conditions under which I was being forced to live, versus how Arthur was living.

What active duty United States Officer looks like he did? At the time those photos and video were taken USAF Maj. Arthur John Greenwood was hiding years of tax fraud and tax evasion  In June of 2013, in front of witnesses,  Arthur told the IRS that the reason he had not filed his 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Federal Income Taxes is that he was deployed during those years. The IRS agent believed Arthur and even gave him 30 more days to file four years of IRS returns.

As of May of 2016 the IRS  says that Arthur has not filed 2013, 2014 and 2015 Federal Income Tax Returns.  Arthur lied to the IRS and demonstrated utter contempt for military code, including  Conduct that should be Becoming of a United States Air Force Officer.

Arthur has engaged  in immoral, unethical and illegal conduct, including but limited to tax evasion, tax fraud, theft of government property, adultery,  and to keep me from ever telling anyone about his illegal, immoral and unethical conduct he threaten me, and was physically violent. He has slammed me into doors, and walls, brick walls, thrown me down a flight of stairs, knocked me to the ground so hard I passed out, and forced me to live in this unfit, unsafe and dangerous situation, while he has lived in a second  home that was relatively luxurious.  Arthur has threatened to kill me, he has threatened that that he is “at war with me” that he will “destroy me” that I “crossed a line by speaking about what he’s been doing, that  “misery” is what I deserve, that he will see me “burn in hell,”

Arthur is an OBGYN, and an Officer in the US Air Force, where he gets full medical and dental. The medical insurance for  military spouses is horrible. Most doctors refuse to accept it.   I have gone for over a decade without dental care that I need,  that is not covered by the militaries dental plan for spouses.   I have gone without the most basic medical care,  like a mammogram and or pap smear,  for over sixteen years, because we could never afford my medical care.

Any car dealer could run Arthur’s credit and in two minutes say he had to pay a 13.9% interest rate on a car loan. Why didn’t the USAF notice that Arthur wasn’t paying  his bills, that had defaulted on over $60,000.00 in student loans, that he had taken roughly $40,000.00 from a guy in India (which was never reported to the IRS) and that he wasn’t paying any State Income Tax, EVER!  Why didn’t the USAF noticed that Major Arthur Greenwood didn’t  even file a Federal Tax Return for five years, and hasn’t filed his 2013, 2014 and 2015 Federal Income Tax Returns.

There are secret unethical military policies, which cumulatively and in practice  allowed a United States Air Force Medical Officer to be violent and threatening, and engage in domestic violence, spousal abuse  and Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult, with no consequences of any kind. I am still waiting for a response to my Freedom of Information Request which was filed in September of 2015.   These policies allowed USAF Medical officers and Arthur’s Chain of Command to lie to me, and deceive me, maliciously defame me, damage my personal property,  and even ignore my need for emergency medical care.

My husband is considered the property of the United States Military, and when I feared that the military was actually protecting Arthur, while ignoring his conduct I had no choice but to turn to my Congressional Representatives.

From October 15, 2014, when my husband threatened me because I had mentioned his  tax evasion and tax fraud, and when my husband found out that I had talked about him, he became very angry and said that I had “crossed a line”, that he was “at war” with me, that he would “destroy me,”  that he would see me “burn in hell”  and that he would “fuckin kill me” … and for an extended period of tome going forward,  his command at the Langley AF Base told me things like:

• to only speak to them and no one else
• to not go to the police
• that they would have the IG contact me
• that they would protect me
• that they would see that Arthur not hurt me
• that he had been ordered to stay away from me until they had fully addressed the matter.

In that time I was also told all sorts of conflicting things, from his chain of command, like that  he’d been promoted to Lt. Col (in fact there is a phone message from USAF Medical Officer Paul Gorely where he refers to Arthur as Major Greenwood and then says, “Correction, Lt. Col Greenwood.” (insert link to YouTube recording of Gorely’s phone message)    I was told that Arthur had been allowed to retire, I was even told that they did not know where he was.

And in that time Arthur  continued to be threatening, and used his total control of our finances to hurt me and retaliate against me.  Arthur said that I would never be safe from him.  He flat out ignored his obligations for thousands and thousands of dollars of debt, and even threatened to withhold money because I had paid some long long over due bills.  Arthur was in this home repeatedly – searching for documents and other things.  At one point -when I had not noticed he had been in the home – he made a point to mention it, so that I would be terrified.  That was his expressed intent, and he succeeded.

The USAF has known of my husbands conduct for years, and done nothing at all to help me.  As but one example of many,  here are days of email exchanges with my husband’s commander, USAF Medical Officer Col. Louis Martinez from January 5, 2015 to January 16, 2015, wherein Col Martinez is informed repeatedly that Arthur is NOT meeting his obligations to me or his animals.  Col Martinez did absolutely nothing as the animals and I ran completely out of food. Here are email exchanges with USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero in January of 2015 and in February of 2015.  There are hundreds more emails, texts and phone calls (some of which are recorded).

At all times the references to USAF Medical Officer Lt Col Elliot Pinero below also incude the entire chain of command at the Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia,  including but not limited to: Langley AFB Base Commander USAF Col. John C Allen, the Hospital Commander USAF Medical Officer Col Wayne Pritt,  my husband’s commander, USAF Medical Officer Louis Martinez, and JAG Officer Capt. Terry.

In the case described herein, this is a partial list of what USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero knew, or knew I had already reported, on January 14, 2015:

• the Moore County Sherriff could not serve a January 13, 2016 Warrant for the  arrest of Arthur John Greenwood  for Communicating Threats, because the military refused to provide an address for service of process.
• On January 14, 2015 USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero was told in writing that there was a January 13, 2015 Warrant issued by  Moore County North Carolina  for the Arrest of Arthur John Greenwood for Communicating Threats. Pinero’s immediate response was sympathy FOR ARTHUR, and then he refused to provide the Moore County North Carolina Sherriff with an address for Service of Process, all the while knowing that Arthur Greenwood was being allowed to continue to moonlight in medical clinics in North Carolina. In fact, Arthur was allowed to continue to moonlight in North Carolina clinics treating North Carolina citizens until sometime in May or June of 2015.
• In January of 2015  I was not allowed to even seek a court order to sell, give away or dispense with community property – under the most dire emergency situation – because  the military refused to provide me with an address for Service of Process of my husband.
• On January 14, 2015, while refusing provide the Moore County North Carolina Sherriff with an address for Service of Process of a Warrant for the Arrest of Arthur John Greenwood for Communicating Threats, USAF Lt. Col. Elliot Pinero knew that Arthur had been violent and abusive, had threaten me repeatedly over the years, had threatened to kill me and that Arthur Greenwood was continuing to engage in conduct that was threatening and abusive, and that I had no protection or defense against Arthur.
• USAF  Lt. Col Pinero also knew on January 14, 2015 that there was a complaint filed with the North Carolina Medical Board against Dr. Arthur Greenwood in February of 2014, alleging that Dr. Greenwood had been verbally abusive to a pregnant female patient. Arthur was moonlighting illegally at the time this formal complaint against Dr. Arthur John Greenwood was made to the North Carolina Medical Board. It was illegal for him to even see patients in North Carolina at that time, and Lt. Col Elliot Pinero knew it.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood was thousands and thousands of dollars in debt to creditors he owed in North Carolina, and he was refusing to pay these debts and that his creditors had no address for Service of Process and they were considering filing litigation in Moore County, North Carolina  against Arthur,  that I would have to defend, alone.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that I had gone without food over Christmas and had lost roughly 50 lbs., from December 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015, and weighed roughly 99 lbs., at 5’4″ on January 1, 2015 and this dramatic weight loss was not by choice but because I was going with out food in order to make sure the animals had food and health care.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood had completely abandoned his financial obligations to me and the animals here on January 9, 2015 and that a third party had to purchase food for the animals or they would have starved.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood was using his absolute control of our finances to threaten, intimidate, control and abuse me.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that I had been injured many times over the years and was being repeatedly injured because of the enormous obligations Arthur dumped on me in early December of 2014, and that these repeated head injuries were going to increase in frequency and that any one of them could be immediately fatal.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew of dozens and dozens of injuries and numerous ER trips. He know I was constantly dizzy, weak, had nausea and headaches and that the work old here required four strong young men, not a single old lady (whom Arthur had described in a sworn statement to the USAF in October of 2014 as disabled).
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew of the injury on January 26, 2015, and the injury on February 23, 2015 and again on February 24, 2015.
•  USAF Lt. Col Elliott Pinero and the chain of Command at the Langley AF Base knew that Arthur John Greenwood was not meeting his full obligations to me or his animals, and they did absolutely nothing
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero asked me to build a website, from January 14, 2015 on,  to give him, a JAG officer identified as Captain Terry and others in their Command Directed Investigation access to documents in a pdf or psd format. I was reluctant to do so, and finally agreed only after numerous promises were made to me (all of which were subsequently violated) and only if the website would have a password protection.  insert emails about my concerns with putting these document on a website and Pinero and Terry specifically asking me to ignore the legal advice of attorney and retired Superior Court Judge Mary McLaughlin Pope. And insert emails, video of phone calls where in Pinero asks me to remove the password protection.
• the websites I built for Lt Col Elliot Pinero remain exactly as they were on February 25, 2016 and will remain so pending a full Congressional Hearing on the conduct of USAF Medical Officer Lt COL Pinero and others,  as described herein.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero subsequently asked me to remove the password protection purportedly because he could not figure out how to use it. And insert video of phone call where in Pinero asks me to remove the password protection.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that shortly after the password protection was removed USAF Medical Officer Maj. Carmen Baxter sent a link with only two videos – taken out of context and with Baxter’s malicious and defamatory spin, and sent the email from her United States Air Force Military email account, to the Doberman Pinscher Club of America, and then like the absolute unethical coward she is, USAF Medical Officer Maj. Carmen Baxter asked to remain anonymous, so that I would not have any recourse against her.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that USAF Maj. Carmen Baxter then actively participated with third parties including Sandy Teague, Marj Brooks and Sue Korp to generate a massive defamation attack on me on an internet blog called CyberDobes, which is run by a woman named Cheri McNealy who months earlier had complained to the chain of Command in Langley about the Arthur expressing criticism of her, the CyberDobes Blog and this group.  Pinero knew or should have known that there was personal animus from the group defaming me, which had been directed at me for an extended period of time.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew from January of 2015 on that I was being forced to live in an unfit, unsafe and dangerous situation, and that I was trapped here at that time by the enormous obligations my husband had dumped on me in December of 2014.
• USAF Lt Col Pinero know I was strongly objecting to being forced to live here, and being forced to keep all the animals.
• USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero knew that the only civil remedy for me was to get a court order allowing me to disperse with the enormous obligations Arthur had abandoned,  which he was asserting I had to keep for a year as community property.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood had abandoned me with thousands and thousands of dollars in debt to creditors in North Carolina, and  that I had no savings, no access to credit and no income of any kind to pay Arthur Greenwood’s debts.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood was thousands and thousands of dollars in debt to creditors he owed in North Carolina
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur John Greenwood is my husband. Not my “ex-husband.   I have not filed any action of any kind against my husband, even as of this day, January 12, 2016. And yet in January of 2015, when the issues had enormous consequences, the military simply refused to tell me where my husband was, or if he’d been allowed to retire, or to even provide an address for Service of Process for resolving the issue of the dispersal of some of the community property immediately,  by court order if necessary.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood was abusing his control of our finances to intimidate, coerce and abuse me.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur Greenwood was NOT providing for the enormous obligations of the business enterprise Arthur dumped on me in December of 2014 and that meeting these enormous obligations put my health, and safety at risk.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that if I abandoned the enormous obligations that Arthur had dumped on me in December of 2014 I would be guilty of  unlawfully dispersing of community property and of Felony Animal Abuse.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that I had no way to serve Arthur Greenwood and therefore no way to obtain a court order allowing me to sell, give away or disperse with what Arthur claimed was “Community Property” and that only the military could compel Arthur to act with honor and give me legal authority to sell, give away or disperse the community property.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that the USAF was refusing act on my behalf in any way at all with respect to getting me the legal authority to sell, give away or disperse the animalism who were community property and represented an enormous financial obligation and in every way were more that I would ever be able to maintain, especially over time.
•  USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that Arthur John Greenwood hid from Service of Process and refused to give me legal authority to sell, give away or dispense with the 19 Dobermans and eight horses Arthur had claimed were community property, until after February 25, 2015,  when it was too late to provide me said legal authority because the American Kennel Club had appeared at this home unannounced on February 25, 2015, prompted by the false assertions made by USAF Medical Officer Maj. Carmen Baxter,  and because of the horrific conditions of the home, had frozen the transfer of ownership of all of the dogs, saying in front of witnesses that the home was unfit and unsafe for dogs to live in and that no transfer of ownership could be made until the home was brought up to code, i.e. that the plumbing, wiring, heating, flooring, flooding, water damage, roofing issues, interiors, etc were made safe and fit for “a dog”  to live in.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew,  and Arthur John Greenwood had know for years, that the costs for these repairs  and renovations exceeded $400,000.00 (four hundred thousand dollars), making it well beyond my financial abilities.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero knew that by ignoring months of my pleas to address the horrendous conditions of the home and by failing to order Arthur to give me legal authority to sell, give away or disperse the animals, that their value plummeted from well over $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand dollars) to zero, in part because after the conduct of the AKC on February 25, 2015, which was prompted by the malicious conduct of USAF Maj. Carmen Baxter, I could no longer offer these extraordinarily high quality beautifully bred, pure bred Doberman Pinschers as  American Kennel Club registered dogs, and none of the offspring of these incredibly valuable breeding animals could be registered with the American Kennel Club, so that buyers from around the world who wanted these dogs, now no longer wanted them, and worse, I was maliciously defamed around the world and held in contempt and ridiculed as a dog abuser.
• USAF Lt Col Elliott Pinero asked me to build a website, from January 14, 2015 on,  to give him, a JAG officer identified as Captain Terry and others in their Command Directed Investigation access to documents in a pdf or psd format. •  Given that Baxter knew I was a victim, including the victim of domestic violence, intimate parent abuse, and ABUSE of a Vulnerable Adult, her conduct is outrageous, malicious and in every way Conduct Unbecoming an Officer,  and in violation of her oath as a medical doctor to “First do no harm.”  Baxter’s only intent was to maliciously harm me because I called her relationship with my husband too personal and inappropriate, which it was.

The phone calls, text and emails with USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero began on January 14, 2015, immediately after I took down the first website I’d made related to this topic.  By February 4, 2015 there were literally hundreds of emails, texts, phone calls and even an emergency room visit, and probably 50% of them referenced Domestic Violence, Spousal Abuse of a Vulnerable Adult.  .

On January 14, 2016 I was informed that civilian employers – acting on their own initiative –  have discovered and acted upon the information on the websites built for USAF Lt. Col Elliot Pinero and USAF JAG Officer Capt. Johnathan Terry.

I  literally begged those in position to do something, including Congresswoman Ellmers and her staff,  to come here and see the real life impact of these abhorrent, secret unethical military policies, to come and see first hand how I was living,  in poverty, going without food, in an unfit, unsafe and dangerous home, exhausted, and in pain, being injured because of the conditions here.
