Weihaiwej (pronounced Vee-ah-vay) a.k.a. Wei is owned by Ms. Sheila Summers of Ontario Canada. Ms. Summers is a long time member of the C.K.C., and a member of the D.P.C.C. & D.P.C.A. She breeds beautiful Dobermans under the Ausleben prefix. Show, Ontario.
